Absolutely unacceptable way of talking to women, their check in counter supervisor is aggressive and they behave like masters on plantation. They refuse to speak in English and they speak only to the husbands asking them to adress their wives in case you, as a woman dare to escalate the customer service. Sharja airport Air Arabia, you need to teach your staff to respect women!
I tried to book online but the insurance checkbox is selected by default and cannot be deselected in anyway. I have flagged this up with the airline CS with no joy. I'm not surprised this airline has been rated 1 star (which is still over-rated as there is no option to select '0'). Best to avoid this airline though it is one of the cheapest. I guess you get what you pay for. Not worth it in my opinion.
If there was an option of giving even less stars I would.This is a worst possible transportation company there is (Europe+Asia). Customer service, inboard service, service policies….trust me, I know they are cheap, but not worth even that!I booked my flight with them in 2019 when covid started and flights were being cancelled they gave “points” as a compensation for my flight…which I don’t have a problem with, I knew I’ll be flying again…Three years later they are still not flying from EU so there is no way to use the points.Plus they offer you (since you can’t fly from eu with them) an inboard services to use up the points. In what universe would I be able to do that? When I can’t book a flight with them?
Op 30/8/2022 om 14:20 had ik een vlucht van Amsterdam naar TangerVanwege de staking bij de NS Spoorwegen De treinen reden niet vanuit Utrecht naar Schiphol airport Dit werd pas om 18:00 de 29 augustus door gegeven dat er geen treinen gaan rijden door heel het NederlandNa veel piekeren besloot ik op de site de vlucht te wijzigen .Dit was om 20:00 uur een dag voor de vluchtIk was blij dat het mogelijk was en ik betaalde het verschil van 20.04 euro.Vlucht is naar 4-9-2022 gewijzigd en bevestigdOp 31 augustus 2022 zag ik tot mijn schrik een €20,04 bijgeschrijving /terugstorting van air-arabiaDit is zonder geen enkele uitleg of een bericht wat de reden is van de terugstorting is.De bookingnummer bestaat niet meer De telefoon van hun klantenservice is een 0900 nummer en je krijgt steeds een antwoord apparaat, daarna wordt de verbinding verbroken. Emails worden door een robot beantwoordt.Ik ben zeer verontwaardigd.
Worst and shocking experience. I had a flight this morning for which I paid 1500aed per pax. When I got to the airport, I got to know that no baggage allowance was included in my ticket. While booking there was no such sign or mention. I had to pay another 1000 aed for baggage. First time experienced something like this. Also the cabin crew were very childish, no professionalism. They were all the time cracking jokes, talking amongst themselves, laughing etc. Even they were talking rudely to passengers. Have some ethics.
While booking the flight we are allowed 30KG luggage. But we can’t pack in 2 bags. This is such a stupidity and nice way to make additional amount from passengers. Even if your baggage is 20KG in 2 pieces, you will end up in paying additional amount. Not GOOD
At Tangier Airport, The staffs and office manager tried to take 50€ bribe from, saying that the small 10kg bag won't fit in the cabin luggage. I proved that it does fit and they said okay we can make it 30€.Shameless and awful company. Never going to fly with them again
Our flight to Amsterdam was canceled and changed to Brussels. This flight was delayed for two hours so we would arrive late at night. So far no problem because Air Arabia would provide busses to transfer us from Brussels to Amsterdam as they had confirmed by email. When we arrived at Brussels Airport no bus was to be found. We tried for 1.5 hour to contact Air Arabia but with no results. I'm a 75+ year old senior with mobility issues and was left alone with no transfer. Finally we decided to take a taxi to a hotel in Brussels and travel the next day to our destination. When we got home we contacted Air Arabia about their poor performance and lack of communication. We also filled a complaint to have our costs compensated (taxi, hotel, train). But here we walked into a wall. You will only get formal standard reactions referring to their terms and conditions. Because we were flying with a non-EU airline from a non-EU city we cannot claim any compensation even though the case is very clear. If we were to depart from a EU city or with a EU airline, our claim would have been compensated. I learned my lesson and I advise everyone to make use of EU airlines if you can. In case of trouble you can claim your rights. With cowboys like Air Arabia your rights reach as far as terms and conditions and they are not in your favor.
Mr Emam, the head of check out team at Egypt airport is a thief , he take 1000 pound from me for the baby handbag, he said with me ,the weight for a bag to baby is Zero If this the policy at the company, it is shame on itVery bad companyOther bad things it will need from me hours to write about.
