Edit: A week later, having all the necessary documents it went flawlessly. Also the seats were quite comfortable compared to a low cost airline.Original: The traveling documents they demand are not aligned with the documents required by the state you are flying to. So they left 10+ passengers in Abu Dhabi because we didn't have a visa to a country that doesn't require a visa for transiting. Good job!
It took you over a year to refund us the flight you cancelled, which we had to found out ourselves... You have refused to put us on a new flight free of charge because you are greedy and wanted to make more money as borders were closing. Today you have returned some of the money we paid, but you have kept some and you are now refusing to give us the remaining as it is against your terms and conditions... How many people do you rip off that way?? Avoid at all cost people because this company won't be there for you.
I flew with Air Arabia for the first time and my experience was exceptional. I will come to the flying part later but first i want to thank Mr. Hameed who is one of Air Arabia staff member at Bahrain Airport. My mum had passed away and the burial was to take place in the afternoon. We wanted urgent tickets to Pakistan and the earliest flight wqs to leave in an hour. Of course the sales desk had closed and the the boarding had staterted. After being passed around from desk to desk, we finally came across Mr. Hameed (probably the only man at Bahrain Airport with a heart, strategy and the willingness to help others) who realised our urgency and personally ensured we got the seats including the connecting flight in Sharjah. All of us can't thank him enough. The flight itself was comfortable, it was just an hour long flight. It was delayed for approximately 40 mintues but we still areived on time. The refreshments were not for free but it is a budget airline, so ofcourse. The flight from Sharjah to Karachi was a bit neglected in terms of the condition of the plane but it was still. comfortable.
Air Arabia is a blood sucking company. They never issue a refund doesn't matter what fare class you have. This company only making money from uneducated South East Asian Passengers who are often unaware of the unfair, harsh terms and conditions. It is better to travel by Premium Airlines, such as Qatar, Emirates or Turkish who provide ample of free baggage allowance and free hot meals.
The worst airline ever. I've flown with them for 8 years only because they are the only airline I can use to my destination. They over charge you, their website sneakily adds fees without you noticing. You pre-book meals and they won’t give it to you, and force you to pay for alternatives. When they damaged your baggage, they ignore all your emails. They are dodgy airline at best. Please AVOID if you can!Another issue: my wife and I’s flight was cancelled. 6 month later she was finally able to get a voucher. They refused mine despite the same flight being cancelled!12 months later they finally provided me with a voucher. They refuse to accept global cards, even though they say they accept them. The website is the WORST website I have ever used.I will not use them again.
