Concerns outward and return flight from Brussels to Oujda.The outward flight (Brussels - Oujda) was flawless. The only comment is that the plane was not clean.The return flight already started in Oujda where the staff are being difficult about a backpack containing only my MacBook. (Which I also had with me on the outbound flight). They try to extort extra money for that backpack. That was the last straw ... the first and last time I fly with Air Arabia.
We've had best service with Air Arabia. We took a flight from Georgia to Abu Dhabi and then another one to India and service was excellent. Staff was very polite, food was great, flight was smooth and both flights left on time. I couldn't be happier!!!
Never ever experienced such a unprofessional service from a operator till day,Booked Etihad flight roundtrip from Dublin to cochin and first fly was in August with out any hassle, but for the return trip cochin to Abudhabi flight is operated by Air arabia and thats really horrible.Issues faced.Waiting for boarding pass in cochin airport for over 4 hour with my mom, wife, 5 months baby and the reason shared by Air arabia staffs was all of our tickets is ok but there Wife's and Baby's name is not in the passenger list,Before 10 minutes of flight they said boarding pass is oke,While flying they provide the food to some person's and denied to us they replied there is no name on the list,Several time asked for water and even the crews are not able to response.While reach abudhabi waiting for the boarding and the Airport staff says need to wait aside due to some problems cant provide access to the next flight, ( wait for another 45-50 minutes) finally they rushing, calling, mailing after the hurry works one person came and said u can fly bur the problem was from Cochin there no evidence provided by the air arabia about we 4 passenger's including my 5 month baby.NB: Booked the all Tickets on July and use the same for fly to india on august,
Please be careful before booking a flight with air Arabia. They don’t refund in any case. I booked my tickets from Sharjah to Moscow (return tickets) but due unavailable domestic flights within Russia I needed to cancel my booking. And I did it after couple of hours after purchase. They are not refunding my money and keeping in credit instead to use it in a year. I don’t really fly with air Arabia often and won’t be able to use this credit, plus I can’t assign this credit to anyone, it must to be only on my name. They persistently refusing to refund my money. I’m going for health treatment and I tried to explain my situation. They don’t care as they have “policy”. Such a shame, big company with “cheap” policy
If there was an option of zero star I would have given no star at all.the staff is too rude .no manners at all to talk.they are just too mean ,rude,selfish.someone should teach them some manners first than make them join the position.utterly disappointed.air arabia should change the total staff and send them to some classes first.
