They lost my bodyboard in August

They lost my bodyboard in August. They still refuse to pay for it. I have spent hours on the phone, and the online ticketing system just ignores me. I sent them all the info via post as needed - nothing. Just avoid this lot. I would swear if it would help....

Air Arabia are rip off merchants

Air Arabia are rip off merchants when it comes to excess baggage charges. If you get ripped off by Air Arabia when you are aboard make sure you put the charge on your credit or debit card and raise a dispute via the chargeback procedures for banks on return. Don’t let Air Arabia get away with it!

RUDE DISHONEST THIEVES ! ! ! !

Dishonest and outright RUDE. The agent made me pay for my bag even though it was included in my ticket. They took FOREVER to process the people in line, making MANY customers very angry. There were lots of people very very very upset. Their card reader wasn't working and they said it "wasn't their fault" and that with very little time to clear security and board the plane, they made me go down to another floor, find an ATM and then pay them for the bag....which they then let me take as carry on. The entire reason I had to pay for the bag, they said, it it was "too big" for carry on even thought I confirmed, via THEIR WEBSITE, that bag was in fact a little smaller than the allowable size. Not only all of this BUT....there was $100 USD in my passport holder that the ticket agent STOLE from me and then mocked me saying "I was crazy". Thieves!!!!! Then we were all on board and didn't depart for another 30+ minutes, delays delays delays. When we landed in Napoli Italia we were STUCK IN THE PLANE FOR 45+ MINUTES. The plane was roasting. Babies crying. Customers YELLING to let us off the plane! Absolutely the worst company around. They should be put out of business for their thieving ways and utter incompetence in every single aspect of running an airline. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Updated review! Agadir to Dublin has no online checkin

Ups:-comfort of travelling with Airbus A320-tasty food-reasonable quite cabin even near the engines-folding chairs-large baggage allowance-very kind and polite on board service-expanding range of destinations-great price-serves Arabic destinations-video panel above the head (not every pair of seat has their own but you can view from reasonable distance)-alcohol is not allowed to be purchased on boardDownsides :-non existing customer service.-lack of information about airports without online check in-you have to call for meals you paid as the staff is not aware of your booking (show your booking itinerary)-mechanically not fit airplane (strange noise from the airplane mechanical systems reminding use if hand saw while landing). Lots of metallic sounds from the suspension and propellerResult:I wish air arabia better User Experience test in regard to their App and to improve customer communication and information regarding check in airports. Bad experience can ruin the best holidays ever!Flight was comfortable (3.30 HR Agadir to Dublin).Some mechanical issues with propeller on left wing having contact with chassis should be addressed.They are great rival to Ryanair and hope one day will take all of Ryanair customers.I will choose their service next time if available and first to check if online check in is available

6 hours delay from fez to gatwick…

6 hours delay from fez to gatwick london, and zero compensation.Never use this company. The worst costumer service is just literally not existent. No phone is working.Avoid at any price. You should know that this company is not registered at Europe and hence doesn't abide by European regulation.Ryanair at least will refund compensate...Air arabia you are at the mercy of Arab sheikh....Avoid and avoid.

Really bad

We are really disappointed about this company, we found the service really bad and unprofessional. This is what happened: on the night of September 1st we booked a flight from Marrakech to Dakhla for the 4th and the return flight on the 8th, before to confirm we both checked the hours and the cities, after the payment the cities were switched and the hours were completely different. Ok... let's do as if it was our mistake, let's do that both of us made the same mistake..We tried to contact them all night long! at the call center at the number 080 2000 803, at the Casablanca office at the number +212 (0) 522536400 no answer. We tried to write emails to 2 different addresses that we found, no answer.We tried to contact them on the website, the Facebook page and the Instagram page, no answer.We went in person at the office in Marrakech early in the morning and they told us that we could not change the flights because it was already less than 72 hours, no change, no refund, so we lost 324€!!!

Flight 103 from Fez to London. 24/08/2019

So I was on the flight number 103 from Fez to London on the 24th of August. While in Fez airport I was being followed by a man who wouldn’t understand that I didn’t want to talk to him. Long story short he kept trying to sit next to me and pretty much gave me this really creepy vibe. I told airport security that he kept following me around the airport they said they’ll keep an eye on him but he continued and eventually I boarded my flight. Little did I know he was on the same flight. Upon boarding I immediately informed the plane staff. And politely asked if I could move seats if he sits next to me. I can honestly say I have never had so many strangers work together to make me feel safe. They ensured the seat next to me remained empty. They made me feel safe and protected, they approached me a few times during the flight to insure I was ok. The guy was sat on the row right next to me which was awkward. Anyway, Thank you so much for being amazing caring people and going above and beyond your job description. I wish I could find a way to return your kindness. Thank you Air Arabia for putting the team together, they were wonderful.

Don't travel with this company will…

Don't travel with this company will never give penny if you have to cancel your tickets and they charge me for luggage I never add it to my trip when I write to them they say :As per Air Arabia Maroc general conditions, we kindly inform you that our tickets and extras (meals, insurance, luggage…) cannot be canceled, or refunded and are nominatives.So please don't support the company's like this even with penny didn't deserve it.
