Could anyone share the phone number for ALDO UK returns? I have returned 3 pairs of shoes to them 2 weeks ago, as per their guidelines using correct label, and not received any confirmation or refund of £200. They don't reply to emails. Any phone number help would be appreciated!
I have returned a bag for a refund, no joy with Aldo I am so frustrated, they have not responded to my email again...Item purchased 10th March, returned 13th March, proof of posting provided, several emails sent to Aldo, informed to wait until 30th March, did so still no refund, emailed again, no response, customer service number does not work.They have received my returns & still have my payment too.I will never ever order again from this company...Appalling customer service for returns.Today 03.04.23 I receive a email in response to my last 2 emails informing my refund should be processed within the next 10 days, what kind of service is this really???They finally responded informing me they had increased refurn fees to £8.84 from £3.95 without first notiying me,*See below from Aldo.Dear Customer After careful consideration, we have increased our return fee. Quality is poor, prices are too high. Even at sales. What a horrible customer service the worst ever: the item was lost, delivered to someone else, name on the card different, when ordered online and one month late, I had to run around the whole street to find it, impossible to talk on the phone or chat, had to wait days for email replies all the time, now that the shoes are returned and I can track it, another month to wait to refund. Horrible, never again will I ever buy anything from you
I have written correct delivery address, but it changed once I payed with Apple Pay. There is no button to change address or even cancel the order. Customer service answers to emails in 10 days and products are shipped within 7 days so you can not even ask them to cancel the order before it is shipped.
Tried to order 2 pairs of shoes on the last day of the sale but the discount code wouldn’t work. The customer service replied a week late to say the code had expired! Interestingly bought the same shoes the day after in one of the franchised shops £20 a pair cheaper than the official website sales price.
Disgusting. Paid extra for next day delivery for my Sons birthday and haven’t received. Don’t even answer my emails. Totally disgusted. Should be out of business but the payments with no completion of order will keep them afloat. Should be taken off line so no one else falls victim.
I wish I could give 0 stars I ordered on 6th Jan 2023 still waiting for my order, hv send emails but no reply, looks like its a scam or fraud, thanks I hv order Ed through PayPal will definitely tk my refund from these scammers, please avoid, avoid, avoid this disgusting company, I never recommend
