Wheres the refund

The gentleman was to come and put my stools together. I had to change date because the wrong stools were delivered. I canceled the date all together and decided to put them together myself when they finally came. Well, the gentleman told Angi that he did the job and I was charged for a job that never took place. I informed Angi, they were to send me a refund after I faxed over invoice. I never heard from again. I never got my promised refund. I will never even consider them in the future.

If I could rate Angi as a 0 I would. I was scheduled through Lowes for a fan install. Everything went well originally. Installer showed up on time, but didn't bring a long enough ladder. He cancels the job, so I havr to call Angi to make sure it's rescheduled. It's rescheduled a week later, no input from me if I'd be home then, then it's assigned to someone. That person removes themselves from the job, but there is not communication about this. I have to call every time I want an update because all they send out is that the job is still scheduled. I called again the day before my appt and they say it's assigned. I get an email the day of the appt and it's been rescheduled yet again. I would never do business with this company again.

I requested service to fix my Dehumidifier

I requested service to fix my commercial dehumidifier. They charged me for 3 hours worth of work $407.74. The project took a 1/2 hour to complete. When I tried to get a itemized invoice for my warranty to be reimbursed, they would not tell me who came to my house, they would not give me an itemized statement or Bill, Instead they gave me a generic invoice that simply says appliance repair. That is not acceptable. I wasted 4 hours of my time today trying to A. speak to anybody that was from America, B. Get my problem solved without having to talk to four different individuals and six different texts, C. They would not give me the my contractor's information in order for me to contact him to get an itemized statement in order for me to be in reimbursed by my warranty company. D. Never ever ever ever use Angi!

‼️🚨Licensed Builder Here…We tried them again after over 10 years, and since 2014, they have actually gotten worse!!! They will lie to you, send leads that aren’t even looking for work performed, send leads and bill you for services you don’t even provide….when you ask to cancel over it, they will purposely drag their feet and ignore you just to continue racking up fees. Beware…they sound good, but once you sign up, you’re screwed. Update: The reply they gave is useless. Phone calls, emails…We gave chance, after chance, after chance! …Be warned. If you do sign on, you can’t say you weren’t warned. Even Google ai will tell you about all of our experiences with them.

Awful Service!

Do NOT depend on this company to do anything. I scheduled a desk assemby for our office building. On the date that the assembly was to be done, they sent me an email 1 hour before the booking appointment rescheduling my assembly. We had shut our office building down for the day for the purpose of the assemby in which we were moving furniture also. Our office is in disarray with files in boxes for the assembly to be done. When I called about the rescheduling email, their excuse is that they did not have anyone available to do it although it has been scdeuled for weeks. I go nowhere with them and requested a refund.

Angi charges $1100 for cancelation fee

The leads that i was getting were poor leads that would not go through, and the messages app wouldn't work right, so I called to cancel and asked for a refund, but the charge me 1100 dollars for the cancelation. It was that or to stay with them for a whole year. I rather to not do business with them.

I've contacted support several times over the past year. My app crashed during installation. Now I can't complete the installation or uninstall it. Support hasn't been able to resolve this issue for over a year!
