I signed up for the service at $420 a month expecting quality leads, but what I received were inquiries from people looking for jobs rather than hiring. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I had to pay for all leads, even those seeking employment, and there are no refunds for these misleading leads. This service feels like a scam, with 40% of my paid leads being invalid. Additionally, I do not receive customers' phone numbers directly; instead, I get forwarded to out-of-state numbers that mostly go to voicemail, all while being locked into a one-year plan.
I signed up for the service after being assured by a sales representative that I could cancel my subscription within seven days without issue. Just three days later, I called to cancel as I no longer had the resources for additional projects. At that point, they changed their stance and informed me of a 35% cancellation fee. This felt very deceptive, as the promises made during the sales pitch were not upheld, and the information provided was misleading. The so-called flexible trial turned out to be false advertising. To make matters worse, once I indicated I wouldn’t continue, the sales representative stopped responding to my calls and messages. The lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. Overall, this has been a terrible experience, and I regret signing up. I strongly advise others to get everything in writing before committing to this service.
The contractor I hired was excellent. However, my experience with the service platform was terrible. After entering the necessary details for HVAC ductwork cleaning, I couldn't complete my request due to an incorrect phone number on the site. Surprisingly, I still received an email with a quote for $251. The contractor called to schedule an appointment and arrived on time, providing professional service and doing a great job. However, his actual charge was $513, which I paid despite the discrepancy, as it was not his fault. He mentioned this issue has occurred before with the service. When I tried to reach customer service to resolve the price difference, it took me 15 minutes to find the right contact number. A polite representative took my call, but I have little hope of recovering the $262 difference. I do not recommend this service.
I was charged $89 for a lead I never requested and never responded to. I had my status turned off and hadn't used this service in two years. Customer service was unhelpful and indifferent. I had to contact my credit card company to block any future unauthorized charges from the service. I hope this situation does not escalate further.
The technicians I worked with are highly recommended. I needed broken torsion springs replaced, and they arrived the same day with the lowest price. They returned the next day for an additional adjustment just an hour after my call.
A regrettable choice. I connected with a recommended service, but both contacts were too far away. After communicating with both, one provided an address closer to me, so I booked an appointment. The contact gave me two available time slots, and I confirmed one. The day arrived, and I waited with no show or call. After the expected arrival time passed, I had to leave home. Later, around 4 PM, I received a text stating the technician would arrive 45 minutes to an hour late.
As a small business owner who signed up for the service to receive leads, I found that despite persistent efforts to contact potential clients, I received no responses. After a month of no success, I reached out to customer service to express my concerns and to cancel my subscription. They claimed I had a past due balance that needed to be settled before I could cancel. After paying $665.00, I was informed it would cost an additional $2327.50 to cancel. It’s clear why there are ongoing class action lawsuits against them and numerous reports of misleading information targeting small businesses like mine. I have joined the class action lawsuit and reported the service to the Federal Trade Commission and my State Attorney’s Office. Avoid getting caught in their SCAM, and if you have, please report them to the FTC and your local authorities to help protect others.
I ordered a light fixture and added the installation service, which was contracted with this service. They never contacted me about my installation appointment and canceled at the last minute without explanation FOUR times! When I reached out to customer service, one representative admitted she didn’t know how to assist me and tried to transfer me to someone else but ended up disconnecting. I advise against relying on this service to find a professional for your needs. Seek recommendations from friends or family instead.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Most leads are either fake or unresponsive. After working with them for two years, I found their customer service to be consistently antagonistic, bordering on unprofessional. The only time I got results was when I mirrored their poor attitude, which is not my style. They have created a system where everyone is looking out for themselves, treating their customers as adversaries. They never issue refunds, regardless of fault. They attempt to cover up poor service with more poor service but make no effort to improve. I started this relationship with optimism, but two years later, every ounce of positivity has been drained. It’s toxic. Stay away, don’t open an account. If you have one, close it. If you work for them, you can do better. If you own stock, sell it. If you see their logo, share this experience with others.
