Review Time
Can I give a negative star review? This company doesn't even merit one star. My appointment has already been "rescheduled" twice. Sounds like they give a random appointment and then reach out to see if they can find someone to do the job. In the event that they can't find someone (which happens a lot), you will be rescheduled the moment that you get home at a weird hour, organizing your whole day around the appointment, waiting for the person who doesn't show up and then finally receiving an email saying you've been rescheduled, sometimes 20 minutes after the appointment. Highly problematic, it's a wonder these people are even still in business. I think this is going to keep happening, and it's maddening...
Why do these contractors pay for a service when they don't follow through, waste their and my time, are dishonest and don't care about the job unless it's huge? They have NO consequences... that's why! After having submitted a formal complaint, my words were ignored, based on the first reply. My proof of what the contractor promised was ignored, based on the second reply. There won't be any professional consequences for the contractor, based on the lack of response. Don't run...sprint away and go through your chamber of commerce for local businesses.
I committed to spending $750 for an Angi lead package. The leads I received were low quality — I promptly emailed each with a professional proposal offering an estimate, and not one responded. From the start, the sales and onboarding teams pushed hard for me to collect reviews on their site and sold me one product, but once my initial money was used up, the story completely changed. The salesperson, Marjorie, became rude and unprofessional, questioning my decision to email leads rather than call them. I explained that I’ve built my business with care and run it a certain way, and I won’t be pressured to change by Angi. Still, she pushed and pushed far beyond what I consider professional behavior.Overall, this was a complete waste of money and time. I strongly warn other small business owners to stay away from Angi.
The Advanse' Group LLC did a great job remodeling my home. I absolutely love my kitchen and bathroom. I have referred all my colleagues to this business. I would give him 10 out of 10 stars. The Name of the company is Advanse Group LLC not Advance, sorry for the misspelling and pronunciation of the name.
I signed up with Angi after a representative led me to believe that the contract would be **month-to-month**, that I could **cancel anytime without penalty**, and that I could **adjust my monthly budget freely**. I was also assured that all leads would be **screened and legitimate**.After signing, I discovered I was locked into a **12-month contract with early termination fees**, and the leads I received were either scams or from people not actually looking for services. This was **misrepresented and misleading**, and I would not have signed under these terms.I do **not recommend Angi** for small business owners who expect transparency, accurate representation, and legitimate leads.
