Fantastic service and very cheap. Anyone can go.

I have been to the animal trust a couple of times now. People think that you have to receive benefits to use the service but not true. Excellent booking online service. Excellent service from all staff what ever branch. Cheaper than the RSPCA. No constantantion fee. Clean and always seats available. Fantastically run. Would really recommend you try no one likes to pay the expensive vet Bill's even though your animal is part of your family. You are in Brilliant care. Would recommend them. ××××××

Fantastic service from Animal Trust

Fantastic service from Animal Trust, including excellent phone advice, and an emergency appointment on Sunday evening at the Shrewsbury centre. Thank you.

Bolton - impossible to get hold of and disgusting service

Disgusting service from the Bolton branch. Getting through to them is practically impossible, so if you had an emergency I would avoid at all cost. Booked my dog in for surgery , got there was given wrong information and had to book in at a later date. Left waiting in waiting room for over an hour the second time to be told again they couldn’t do the surgery which was quoted at less than £200 but I could re book at a cost of nearly £800. Reception staff are rude , don’t waste your time! Pay that bit more and go a decent vets.

Animal Trust Dewsbury

Animal Trust DewsburyMade an online appointment for my dog in 2 weeks time. 1 week before the appointment I received a call to say that it was cancelled because they could not register any more animals. Why did their website allow me to book an appointment. They should close their appointment booking system on line or at least have the sense to inform new customers of this as it is so easy to change information on a website. The girl who called me was polite but sounded as if she was doing me a favour by giving me a weeks notice of the cancellation. Not happy at all with their service.

Animal trust in Bolton and Failsworth…

Animal trust in Bolton and Failsworth are both fantastic. The care and compassion shown by the staff and vets teams is in abundance. A receptionist who's name I think is Chantelle ( looks about 30 ) is the model professional and clearly knows how to handle clients in a compassionate and caring way, she should be congratulated. I can't say that of all the receptionists though as one needs a personality transplant. I would have no problem recommending this trust especially in an emergency situation as we found ourselves, and we would simply say a big massive thank you to you al for being just awesome.

Terrible Terrible Terrible Ashton Under…

Terrible Terrible Terrible Ashton Under Lyne BranchWhere do I start since taking over from The Vet this practice has gone down rapidly. The reception staff are very rude unhelpful and patronising especially the manager who is clearly in the wrong profession as she has no care for animals only interested in herself and her job title. The prices for treatments has shot up. The appointment booking times have increased. The waiting time on the phone is very long that is if you manage to even get through. Such a shame has gone from being one of the best practices around to the worst. Avoid at all cost. Ronnie Theaker

Professional, friendly and caring

My Bengal Kookee has had two “holidays” at Animal Trust in Bolton, being admitted with a high temperature on both occasions. I cannot fault the vets there for the care that Kookee received. She was so well looked after and had a full range of tests to determine what was up with her. I was kept up to date daily by telephone calls, some times twice daily. The vet Hana was particularly very informative when I spoke to her over the telephone. There may very well be some waiting time at the vets itself but this is understandable in some circumstances. Veterinary treatment has always been expensive and always will be given the length of time and cost it takes to train a vet before they graduate and then allowed to practice. The only gripe I do have is regard to the costs of the medicines….not necessary to have such large mark ups on vet medication.

animal trust at Bolton 5 * excellent would highly recommend

animal trust at Bolton have been nothing but professional, affordable and helpful, i explained i had a young male cat who needed castrating and i got an appointment for in 6 weeks time when i explained to one of the staff a nurse called Stacy what a pest he was being and would she consider us for any appointment that was cancelled ..she did, Hes now booked in for THursday the 15th July ..so a 3 day wait for surgery which is fabulous, she even called me twice because i missed the first call. seriously any one dumb enough to complain , that the phones are busy at a reasonably priced Vets or that the wait for a surgical appointment is lengthier than you would like, is probably too stupid to be a pet owner. If you don't like the service you are paying for ..go somewhere else and find a Vets where its a business for profit, if you are happy to pay much more for a vet visit and treatment why not just go somewhere else and do that, ok it costs much more but you may not wait so long. Again if you cant comprehend the fact you are allowed to find somewhere that suits your needs ,and not just the nearest practice to your house, you can in fact go any where you like, it doesnt even have to be local , its not like the primary school catchment area rules apply ..it a vets you can go anywhere you want to .. if you dont get that you are too daft to have a pet who is reliant on you to even keep it alive never mind keep it safe healthy and happy.. I love the animal trust at Bolton and accept the phone lines are busy and you may have to wait a while for routine appointments ..and because im not stupid i would also highly recommend this practice despite it being a busy one

Wonderful Staff!

We have recently had our male Labrador treated at the Blackburn branch. I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. From the moment you enter the building to leaving you have the best care possible. All staff were so attentive and handled an upsetting illness with so much empathy and professionalism. I would also add that they don’t charge ridiculous prices compared to the vets we were with.
