They have pretended to have delivered my parcel when they have not. All the so called tracking information is falsified and when I contacted them they admitted that is was “mid scanned” as delivered. How would that even be possible? Then lied and said it was on the way to the delivery centre. This was 5 working days ago and the item is still marked as delivered. I have been in contact with “customer services” four times now and every time I have been fobbed off with “an enquiry has been made” and wait 24hrs for a response which they never do. Honestly absolutely shocking behaviour I’m positive the parcel has either been stolen or lost and they simply won’t take responsibility for it
My parcel was supposed to be delivered at my accomodation reception. An post sent me a mail that said "delivered", but when I asked the reception if they had anything , the parcel was nowhere to be found...I wonder where is it???? Did they drop it of on the road?
They charge 5 euro per month just to hold an account. I am a very senior citizen and am usually Not charged at all. I decide to open an account with them for online transactions. So I could keep a close eye on them. I thought the 5Euro a month charge was outrageous. Now they have gone raised it to 6Euro a month. Have these people lost the plot all together. I spoke to staff st a branch. They couldn't help.I have tried phoning them without success. How do I close this bloody stupid account?
The quality of service is declining year after year. A parcel sent from Dublin Swords to Dublin Dundrum arrived after eight days. Today, another surprise: a parcel sent on September 12th from Dublin to Hungary is still at the Dublin sorting office. Getting through to the helpline is next to impossible. Only in the chat did I receive a message that two weeks after sending, my parcel is still in Dublin because of a delay. I absolutely do not recommend this service.
I was awaiting a Delivery on Demand at An post North King Street post office. Received from the shipping company confirmation on Thursday 25th that the parcel is at the collection point at 16:00p.m. On Friday 26th I visited the location point and the parcel was nowhere to be found. And still to this no update on this.
I had an issue with my passport being sent from Ireland to Australia, Nicole Boyle was the lady who was emailing me and helping me on this issue, she was brilliant very responsive, answered my questions promptly and told me what to do next etc lovely lady and very helpful!
I recently had an issue with Cheque lodgement on my An Post Money Bank Account and requested support from An Post yesterday, the actioned it quite fast and this morning I had the cheque cleared and thank god my Rent got paid succesfully on time. Thanks for the An Post team for the quick support and action.
incredible but worse than the post office. My package is lost — they say it's in transit, then that it has arrived in Austria, but they don't know where! So where is the package actually?item in transit since middle if september. cannot track and do not know who is handling delivery. CP408177605IE
