Wanted 0 stars but can't. Ordered on 15 Sept on amazon and for delivery on 18 Sept. Opted to have it delivered to a local post office near home. Since then, tracking number says its in post office being sorted for delivery. When I called today 2 weeks after, they tell.me.its redirected back to amazon. Very appalling and unprofessional practice by Anpost. I have to investigate and call 3 different anpost office just to know where my parcel is. AI what's app chatbot is better because it showed me where my parcel went to. Definitely deserves ZERO stars.
Just want to make people aware of this loan scam with An Post/Avant money. I applied as they boast of the lowest APR rate on the market. It said 6.9% and after a fair bit of navigating the application I was delighted to be approved. I clicked on the link to sign for my loan of €25,000 and noticed an obscure mention that the APR was now in fact 16.9%. It meant paying back an extra €12,000 over the 5 years of the loan. Be careful folks as I imagine many get caught out with this. When I rang they couldn't give me a straight answer as to why it jumped up so high. Note I have a perfect credit rating. This should be illegal and is basically a scam.
Absolutely unacceptable service. I was at home the entire day waiting for my delivery, but the An Post courier never rang the doorbell, never knocked on my door, and didn’t even call my phone. Instead, my parcel was handed over to a completely different person without my permission. No notification, no delivery attempt — nothing. This is not only careless but also disrespectful to customers’ time and security. If you can’t trust An Post to deliver a simple parcel properly, how can you trust them with anything important? Worst delivery experience I’ve ever had.
Upon arrival at the delivery station, a minimum of one to two business days is currently required for final delivery. Deliveries scheduled for Fridays are typically fulfilled on the following Monday. Consequently, the delivery timeline for essential items, such as medications, can occasionally extend to a week.
Expected a delivery for today, status said 'Out for Delivery' from 7:30 this morning. No sign of it all day. Went onto live chat, was told there was an attempted delivery. There 100% wasn't, I've been waiting at home all day for it. Was given a number to call - that number told me to go online and hung up on me! Went back onto live chat and a new agent told me the previous chat agent had actually not read the tracking status, and that it was delayed until tomorrow. So, the agent just lied to me to shut me up presumably. I stated that this was unacceptable and the agent, Gerard, belittled me and told me I was in the wrong. I cannot believe the way I was spoken to.
My return Nespresso capsule parcel - track number CH059757IE - was not picked up as booked, on S Sept 26 or Mon 29 Sept. I tried to track / race but there was no clear place to search on the website?!!This is the second time I have had a failed pick up and I had eventually to go to Nespresso Customer service.I have now rebooked as aboveI use a PC
