I sent it on January 6th, ensuring my address was clearly written on the envelope, yet it was returned to me the following morning without being processed. I used a digital stamp, which still shows as unused on the app. After weighing it at the post office, I resent it without needing additional stamps, but it remains unprocessed. As of January 12th, I'm still waiting. This document was meant to arrive by January 7th. I attempted to reach out to customer service via WhatsApp, but it's been incredibly frustrating. Perhaps if the staff were more competent, we wouldn’t face such delivery issues.

The service claims to provide a Christmas delivery but fails to do so. Their response was to suggest that the recipient contact their local postal service in Greece? If you enter into a contract, ensure you have the necessary resources to fulfill it. I prefer to support local businesses, but moving forward, I will inquire about the delivery service, and if it is this one, I will reconsider my purchases.
The driver delivered the package to the wrong address, as shown on my video footage. At 10:44, he arrived at my door with my wife's package, but mine was missing. The tracking indicated it was delivered 10 minutes prior, at 10:33. The video clearly shows him leaving with only one package at 10:44, meaning my package was handed off to someone else earlier! Completely unacceptable service! I ordered a Christmas tree on November 27 using a postal delivery service, and I still haven't received it! I can't emphasize enough how disappointed I am. They messed up the delivery address and returned it to the main office, where it was stuck for five days without any updates.
