Review Time
I purchased and installed this ANZZI faucet 3 years ago. Starting August 2023, the faucet started to drip water and would not shut off. The problem appears to be the water valve assembly which needs to be replaced. However, I was informed by customer service that the part was on back order. I have repeatedly contacted the customer service since then, and I got the same answer. Now I learned the part will not be available until May 2024! I no longer believe the timeline, or if the part will ever come.This is a ridiculous situation, a customer should not have to wait at least 9 months for a replacement part to come! If you are thinking of buying this faucet, please be aware that if anything is broken, you WILL almost certainly NOT be able to repair it!!
The shower door works great and looks even better. It's a heavy door which adds to the value but also mean shipping was a bit more complicated. We would highly recommend Giving Anzzi the opportunity to provide the product for your next project.
Box was delivered in terrible shape. At least one part was missing which probably is no big deal. Length of time between acknowledgements of delivery date; I had to contact the company to get an update. Try a little harder to maintain communications with your customers.
