Extremely Frustrating Experience

If I could, I would rate this service with -5 stars. I spent a long time on the phone with my bank, and I must say, they were excellent in helping me with my refund. I purchased a vacuum from a retailer with a year warranty, but it broke down after 8 months. The retailer made me go back and forth to a payment platform since that’s how I paid, and it turns out they misled me about the refund process. After waiting 34 days, I finally received a refund pending a dispute. I have plenty of evidence, including emails and screenshots, showing how deceptive this retailer truly is. I will definitely not be using them again, even though I was a regular customer. Their customer support is incompetent, dishonest, and untrustworthy. This experience has also made me hesitant about using the payment platform again, as they weren't very helpful either. I suggest avoiding this retailer and choosing a more reliable option.

Missing item from my order

One of the items I ordered was not included with my other deliveries. I contacted the support team, and they informed me it would arrive on Monday, but it never did. When I called again on Tuesday, I learned it had been canceled without any notification. The charge hasn't been removed from my account, and now it's too late for me to find this item elsewhere. It was a Christmas gift my daughter was really hoping for. If I had known it wouldn't be coming, I could have sought alternatives.

Disappointing Delivery Experience

I ordered a phone for home delivery, but after the delivery date passed with no phone arriving, I reached out to the customer service through web chat. I was informed that the phone was unavailable and that I would need to wait for further instructions to pick it up in-store. Damaged Delivery and Poor Service

I ordered a table and chairs, but they arrived damaged. After arranging for a collection, no one showed up on the scheduled date. The items are large and boxed, taking up significant space in my home since I couldn't use them. I contacted the support team, only to find out they hadn't processed the collection, forcing me to wait another week. I had to cancel guests because the items occupied half my living room. I placed my order on November 17th, received the delivery on December 2nd, and the collection was finally on December 12th. Yet, I still haven't received my refund! The company has held onto my money for over a month for damaged goods without issuing a refund. Additionally, the table and two chairs had splits in the wood, raising concerns about quality. The service has been terrible, and it's frustrating because I planned to furnish my entire home through this company, but after this experience, I will definitely reconsider. I also submitted a formal complaint via email on the 12th and have not received any acknowledgment.

Extremely Disappointed with Delivery Experience

I purchased an integrated dishwasher at the end of November in-store. The representative assured me they would contact me to arrange delivery. I received text messages the following day stating it would be delivered on December 23rd between 7 AM and 6 PM. I had anticipated installation by the first week of December. When I called for clarification, I struggled to understand the representative, but she mentioned December 23rd and promised something for goodwill, though I was unclear on what that meant. I received another text indicating they would confirm the delivery time the day before, which never happened. Instead, I was awakened at 7:30 AM with a call saying they were on their way. My old dishwasher is still in place, and now it's the Christmas holidays. I will never buy anything from this place again after waiting nearly a month for delivery. I am absolutely furious with a dishwasher sitting in my kitchen during Christmas.

Frustrating Experience with Delays

If you appreciate being told to wait 48 hours, then instructed to return at a specific time, only to be asked to wait again—this service is for you!
I placed an order on November 30, and while part of it arrived on the 10th, the essential components needed for functionality were missing. Since then, customer support has been unhelpful:
On December 10, I was told, "Wait 48 hours for us to contact the supplier." Fine.
On December 12, when I followed up around noon, I was instructed to return at 1:50 PM exactly, as my 48 hours weren't technically completed. The level of pettiness is astonishing.
Today, December 13, I checked back. The response? "Please wait 48 hours to contact the supplier."
They keep resetting the timeline while I’m left with non-functional items and a gift deadline this Wednesday that they are jeopardizing.
Don't claim 5-day delivery if you can't resolve an issue in two weeks.
