If I could, I would rate this service with -5 stars. I spent a long time on the phone with my bank, and I must say, they were excellent in helping me with my refund. I purchased a vacuum from a retailer with a year warranty, but it broke down after 8 months. The retailer made me go back and forth to a payment platform since that’s how I paid, and it turns out they misled me about the refund process. After waiting 34 days, I finally received a refund pending a dispute. I have plenty of evidence, including emails and screenshots, showing how deceptive this retailer truly is. I will definitely not be using them again, even though I was a regular customer. Their customer support is incompetent, dishonest, and untrustworthy. This experience has also made me hesitant about using the payment platform again, as they weren't very helpful either. I suggest avoiding this retailer and choosing a more reliable option.
One of the items I ordered was not included with my other deliveries. I contacted the support team, and they informed me it would arrive on Monday, but it never did. The service has been terrible, and it's frustrating because I planned to furnish my entire home through this company, but after this experience, I will definitely reconsider. I also submitted a formal complaint via email on the 12th and have not received any acknowledgment.
I purchased an integrated dishwasher at the end of November in-store. The representative assured me they would contact me to arrange delivery. I received text messages the following day stating it would be delivered on December 23rd between 7 AM and 6 PM. I had anticipated installation by the first week of December. When I called for clarification, I struggled to understand the representative, but she mentioned December 23rd and promised something for goodwill, though I was unclear on what that meant. I received another text indicating they would confirm the delivery time the day before, which never happened. Instead, I was awakened at 7:30 AM with a call saying they were on their way. My old dishwasher is still in place, and now it's the Christmas holidays. I will never buy anything from this place again after waiting nearly a month for delivery. I am absolutely furious with a dishwasher sitting in my kitchen during Christmas.
I sometimes shop online at a retailer that has a physical store conveniently located near my home. This allows me to order items online and pick them up, usually within a day, at the physical store. If I encounter an issue with an item I've ordered, the return process is straightforward, as I can return the item in the same manner I collected it.

I placed an order on November 30, and while part of it arrived on the 10th, the essential components needed for functionality were missing. Since then, customer support has been unhelpful:
On December 10, I was told, "Wait 48 hours for us to contact the supplier." Fine.
On December 12, when I followed up around noon, I was instructed to return at 1:50 PM exactly, as my 48 hours weren't technically completed. The level of pettiness is astonishing.
Today, December 13, I checked back. The response? "Please wait 48 hours to contact the supplier."
They keep resetting the timeline while I’m left with non-functional items and a gift deadline this Wednesday that they are jeopardizing.
Don't claim 5-day delivery if you can't resolve an issue in two weeks.
