What has happened to the service? They used to be the go-to option for holiday shopping. On Black Friday, I ordered a smartwatch and paid through a payment platform. Shortly after, my order was unexpectedly cancelled with no explanation, and I received an email stating that a refund would be processed within 7 days. I had to make another purchase with a different company to secure a 'Black Friday' deal, thinking I would receive my refund the following week. A week has passed, and I still haven't received my refund. When I reached out via online chat today, I was informed that refunds could take up to 30 days, which contradicts the original email. Trust in companies relies on them fulfilling their promises, and in this case, that trust has been broken twice: first by not completing the order, and second by failing to issue the refund within the promised timeframe, which has now left me overdrawn and facing bank charges. Is the service facing financial difficulties and holding onto customers' funds? Proceed with caution.

Disappointing customer support. Avoid if possible, as they seem indifferent to customer needs. I requested assistance to locate my care plan, which I purchased on March 14, 2025, and provided a bank statement showing the exact amount and date. I was informed they could not accept item replacement despite this proof. This will be the last purchase my family makes from this seller. Farewell.

Terrible experience with delivery

This is the second time I've faced issues with the service. The driver failed to show up at our home to deliver a Christmas present for my granddaughter. I checked online, and it stated that it was being resent! However, today it indicated that it was being returned??? I never even received it. I attempted to call but went through numerous automated messages before getting disconnected! I also tried the online chat but received no helpful answers. The service has been dreadful, and I have no idea where my items are!

Armchair turned out to be a disappointment...

As a senior with disabilities, I sought a comfortable chair with back support. After spotting an armchair online that seemed suitable, I ordered it for in-store pickup. Unfortunately, I couldn't see or test it beforehand. When it arrived, the delivery team struggled with my space, and I realized the chair was larger than expected. After setting it up, I was shocked to find the seat design uncomfortable; it didn't support my back properly, and the arm height made it difficult to use my side table for activities. Despite my ongoing health issues, I tried to make it work, but it’s clear I need a smaller, more appropriate chair. Overall, this experience has been quite frustrating.

I ordered a tumble dryer which never arrived. The item was showing as delivered on the expected date so I contacted the helpdesk, I then had to wait for over a week for an investigation to take place (basically checking up that I wasn't lying) and now I have to wait 30 WORKING DAYS for a refund. This is absolutely unacceptable from a customer service perspective; I have no tumble dryer, my honesty and integrity has been questioned, and I'm over £250 out of pocket until January!!

Frustrating return experience

I purchased three items online, but two were incorrect, so I attempted to return them in-store. However, I was turned away and informed that returns were not possible. This contradicts the information on their website which states 'You can return an item to any store'. I scheduled a home collection but was not provided with an arrival time, making it difficult to plan, and I ended up being unavailable due to school runs. Attempts to call for rebooking were futile as their digital service failed to recognize my order number and wouldn't connect me to a representative. The same problem occurred with their live chat. This was by far the most disappointing customer service experience I've encountered in quite some time.

Delivery delays and no communication.

Furniture delivery was promised within 2 weeks, but I received no updates from the supplier, and it's now overdue. I can't reach anyone for help, and the chatbots are unhelpful, preventing me from canceling my order. My only option seems to be a chargeback, which might finally get their attention.
