Dirty Blouse

I ordered an off the shoulder blouse. I received it with the tags on it. Someone wore it previously. It smelled of someone else's perfume. They sent me a dirty blouse claiming it was new. This company charges a $9:00 return fee. I thoroughly washed the blouse.

An Amazing Experience

I just had an Amazing Experience at the Ashley Stewart {#341} at the Fayetteville Pavillion in Fayetteville, Georgia.....Her name is Ms. Teresa McElharey...per Customer Service an her Compassion to help me was outstanding....if you need help getting an outfit together to pairing up your accessories, she's the Person an that's the place to go....oh an her Supervisor was so Helpful an Patient with me.....What yall waiting for....Go...Go...Go!!!

Placed an order for a bag last night…

Placed an order for a bag last night but then found out my daughter had already ordered the bag for my birthday. I reached out to Ashley Stewart right away within 30-45 minutes of ordering requesting that my order be canceled or switched to one of the other bags with a different design so I don't have two of the same bag. Mind you the bags are the same but different design and cost the same amount. I was told that the order could not be canceled but when I get my bag I can send it back and exchange with the Tribal bag. Now what sense does that make when that bag can just be sent. It's not like the order was shipped. I find this to be bad customer service when an item can't be canceled that has not even shipped. I've ordered from many online sites over the years and there is always an option to cancel if done within a certain amount of time. I'm very disappointed right now.

wasn’t initially planning to leave a review, but after receiving an opinion review email from Ashley Stewart, I felt compelled to share my experience. I have been a loyal customer since 2011, and for the high prices of your items, I expect better quality. Upon receiving my recent order (Order #SP605054), I immediately noticed a strong mothball smell upon opening the bag. The scent was overpowering, and as I opened the items, it was overwhelming. This is the second time this has happened. While I didn’t return the items this time—totalling over $100—because I didn’t want to pay the ridiculous return shipping fee, I ended up donating them to Goodwill. This issue needs to be addressed.

I’m done with Ashley Stewart

I’ve recently ordered from Ashley Stewart, mind you this is where I buy the majority of my clothes. My order was returned to sender, more information needed for address. I called Ashley Stewart, and was told that I would be issued a refund. No, I don’t want a refund… I want the items. So I asked since your warehouse has received my items, can those same items be shipped back out? Who in the heck can’t send items back out. It’s called a replacement. I should’ve took notice when I placed an order in December, only later to find out that the pants were no longer available, but available when I placed my order. I’m officially done with Ashley Stewart. I’ll be halfway dead, before I place another order with them
