Review Time
I ordered my item on the 5th of this July. I need my item at least by the 25 and it doesn’t seem like it will get here in time. I spoke to a representative who said because they are moving warehouses I won’t get it for another 4weeks. Today is the 16th and my shipment still is processing. I have dealt with Ashley Stewart before and I’ve had a good experiences, but this experience has left me thinking. This is going to be the last time I will ever go to the store.

Don't get me wrong. I loved Ashley Stewart clothes. I've ordered from them online for years. I returned some items back here on July 7th. I have yet to receive a refund. And, customer service reps have given me the run around about refund. So, I can take my business to Lane Bryant because I sure won't order from Ashley Stewart again.

I placed an order for a few items on June 5th and at first encountered an issue with the shipping address due to my error m. However, after reaching out it has now been nearly three weeks without any updates regarding my order or tracking information. When I reached out for assistance, I received an automated response about a warehouse transition and a promise of a 20% discount on my next purchase, which is hardly a satisfactory resolution. A week has passed since that communication, and I am still left in the dark. Despite requesting a refund twice, all I have received are excuses and no concrete information about the status of my order. This lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating, and I expecting a prompt resolution to this matter. Oh yes and I still haven’t received my package, or any word about my order as of today June 30th.

The rep told me that they are changing warehouses and so all shipments are delayed starting June 12Th and he can’t guarantee I’ll get my shirt in time. I told him that I don’t have a problem with the delay but I think the website should have warned there would be delays or when we are about to checkout. He then said there was an announcement on the website on June 12th. I stated maybe there was but I ordered it on June 14th so u didn’t see it. He then got mouthy and said, “Maybe you overlooked it then.”No updates, no explanation, if I hadn’t called I wouldn’t have known anything, and then when I call I get crappy customer service.

I was told by a customer service representative on 4/14/25 that I would be refunded my $10 shipping fee because I was not informed about that when I was on the phone with them doing a return. I never received my refund. I called in again today to find out where my refund was, and mysteriously I received a email about a refund after being put on hold twice. The refund did not include the shipping fee that I was promised to get back. When I mentioned this to the representative, all of a sudden shipping fees are non-refundable. This company is full of shit! My first and last time ordering from them. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered because if I had, I would not have ordered!!!
