I keep receiving the wrong orders and…

I keep receiving the wrong orders and then they want me to return the wrong order or I will be charged for the wrong order. I tried several times today to speak with a supervisor and each time they stated somebody will be calling me back. I have to take an taxi to the post office and back just to make a return on a wrong order. Yet I wont get reimbursement for the taxi and I still haven't received my package because its lost.

I keep receiving the wrong orders and then they want me to return the wrong order or I will be charged for the wrong order. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 34 items. I only go 24 items. I got two deliveries. One which had no labels and a random shirt from Amazon. I called and was told to keep it. I’m like wow someone is looking for their shirt just like I’m looking for my clothing. I have been waiting since 4/21 for a response from the escalation team. How is this so???? I advise not to shop online from them.

I reported A supervisory Manager treating me unfairly at a MD store (Marlow Heights /Temple Hills) area and no one ever got back to me. The Manager Bullied me for making purchases at 2 other close locations and waited on 3 other customers in front of me. Because Ms Towana Sparrow had Seniority they refused to touch her. They asked me to give them the date of my incident, store number and employee name and I have never received anything in return. That was April 20, 2025 and it’s almost April again. Ashley Stewart does not take Customer complaints seriously and yet we keep supporting them with those higher than life interest rates.

There isn't a star for this poorly…

There isn't a star for this poorly managed, lying, thieving company. Buyer beware- they will send you an email that your return was received. And that refund will be deposited within 14 days. And then you will spend months trying to get the money back. I'm at 2 months. You call, you'll get it overnight and you'll receive an email with your refund. And guess what, never happens. I have finally filed a case with PayPal. I still haven't gotten anything. Anyone else interested in class actions? From what I see there are lots of people out there that are victims from this company's thefts. They owe me 300 dollars.

Dirty Blouse

I ordered an off the shoulder blouse. I received it with the tags on it. Someone wore it previously. It smelled of someone else's perfume. They sent me a dirty blouse claiming it was new. This company charges a $9:00 return fee. I thoroughly washed the blouse.
