Bought two times from Asphaltgold. Had to check my e-mail. First time they send me a wrong jacket, but it was years ago, in 2018.Now I ordered Salomon sneakers. They shipped it and provided a tracking number which, after 3 days, was showing as invalid. I e-mailed them and they responded in 4 days with the same link to wait couple of days. After I waited 2 days and the tracking was still invalid, I e-mailed them to help me with the situation.It took them 5(!) days to respond to me with the right tracking number. What kind of costumer support is that?Meanwhile the shoes arrived, everything is ok with that. But it took them 11 days in total to provide me with a correct tracking number.
Good day. I have a claim against you. I returned the goods (tracking number: 400282440824), and the goods arrived on May 30. I was dissatisfied with this product for the reasons indicated on the website. Please resolve the issue and let me know when the refund for the officially returned goods will be made, as quite a lot of time has passed. Thank you very much.
1 star. They ignore customers, block you on Instagram, and keep your money. Absolutely unacceptable.Here’s the full timeline of my experience:April 2025 — I returned an item. They received the return 1.5 months ago, and I still haven’t received my refund.I emailed asphalt gold dozens of times over the course of almost two months. No response at all. Complete silence.I then left a review on Trustpilot, after which they replied publicly asking me to “please send an email” to their support. I had already done that many times. They just copy-paste replies and don’t actually help anyone.I contacted them via Instagram. At first, they replied politely, asked for my email and order number, and promised to forward it to their service team. I provided everything.Then? Silence. And shortly after that — they blocked me.Final result: • They got the returned item — but kept the money. • No answers via email. • On Instagram — pretend to help, then block you. • On Trustpilot — they respond only to make themselves look good, not to solve anything.This is hands down the worst customer experience I’ve had in years.No accountability, no customer service, no respect. They just take your money and disappear.And if you complain — they block you instead of fixing the issue.Avoid this store at all costs. If anything goes wrong with your order — you’re on your own
I have just received my order and I am very disappointed. The parcel is shredded and almost open. The shoebox inside was also affected. It's torn and the box is crushed. Since I was going to give it as a gift, it was not a very pleasant situation.In addition, the t-shirt I filtered specifically as a woman's t-shirt is unfortunately a man's t-shirt. The description could have stated that it was not from the women's section or at least that it was unisex.
The shipment took 2 weeks and i am in europe. The package arrived in a terrible condition, the shoe boxes were torn, the outside box was broken and the shoes inside i bought 2 pairs, were worn. The papers inside the shoe box were also unfolded and torn. I will never purchase again from this store. This store in 2017 used to be excellent. The customer service also very late in responses.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Stay Away!I had one of the worst experiences ever with this company. I paid for my order in full (Order Number: #AG44131626) and expected a smooth process. Instead, everything went wrong from the start.The item was delivered extremely late — far beyond the promised delivery time. And not a single word of communication or apology about the delay.Then I decided to return the item and request a refund. I followed all the return instructions and sent the product back to them. And now? They are completely ignoring me. I’ve emailed them multiple times, asking for confirmation of the return and a refund, and not a single response.This kind of treatment is disgusting. They show zero respect for their customers, completely neglecting all communication. It’s like once they have your money, they disappear.
