Dear Truspitlo Support,I am writing regarding my order of two sweaters totaling €258, which I purchased and later requested to cancel via email on December 3rd. I have been informed that the order was cancelled, but I have still not received my refund.I have contacted Danske Bank, who have explained that they cannot release the funds because the amount is still reserved. The screenshot that “Marius” keeps sending me is not sufficient or valid proof, and I have sent numerous emails to your support without timely responses, often waiting several days for an answer.This situation is causing me significant stress, as the refund has not been completed and the cancellation is not fully processed on your end. I urgently request that you fully process my refund as soon as possible, and provide confirmation that the funds will be released.For clarity, my bank confirms: • The payment cannot be sent to me while it is still reserved on the merchant’s side. • The only way to resolve this is for Truspitlo to fully process and confirm the refund.I am extremely frustrated with how long this has taken, and I hope this matter can be resolved without further delay. Please respond urgently with confirmation of the refund.
It is disappointing to see that Asphaltgold is unable to provide support when mistakes are made by their logistics service provider. What started over two weeks ago with a friendly notification has turned into a sad refusal to take responsibility. The money has been in their account for weeks. The word 'customer' has a whole different meaning at Asphaltgold... I don't recognise myself in it.
ordered and payed for 2 products on the 28th of October, they were supposed to arrive with dhl on the 1st of november but the delivery never came. was informed by dhl that it would be sent to a service point, it was refused at the service point and dhl notified me it would be returned to sender. that was the 1st of november. After extensive contact with the "customer service" if you can even call it that. they refuse to resend my package or resolve my issue. if they are having issues with their carrier that is their problem and not the PAYING customers
I was a bit hesitant to order after seeing some of the more recent reviews. Still, I decided to go ahead and ordered three pairs of Nike Air Max because the price was really good. I can confirm that the order arrived within three days from Germany to The Netherlands without any issues. The shoes are exactly as expected. They are authentic (for anyone who might be in doubt) and all in the correct size. I am 100% satisfied and would absolutely order again. With free shipping, the price–value ratio is excellent.
I ordered some shoes to the UK. They were in customs then got returned to sender. I reached out to customer services and asked why this had happened, they didn’t respond but gave me a refund for the item only, not the shipping I had paid. I did not request for the shoes to be returned, no apologies from the company. Would not use
I ordered sneakers from Asphaltgold that were supposed to be delivered on September 5th, but I didn’t receive them. Asphaltgold started an investigation with DHL, and have now informed me that they credit my payment. Thank you for the appropriate service in this matter.
They steal from customers – total scam behaviourI bought slippers from Asphaltgold and returned them completely unused, brand new, within the legal return period. I even paid the return shipping myself.After that, they had the nerve to demand another €2.95 “return fee” through Klarna.This is not a mistake. It’s a deliberate way to take extra money from customers after a legal return. According to EU consumer law, this is absolutely not allowed. You cannot charge a so-called “reconditioning fee” when the item is untouched and returned correctly.Let’s be honest – this is stealing. They keep part of your money for no valid reason and try to make it sound justified with excuses like “mindful shopping”. That’s just marketing talk to hide what it really is: taking money they have no right to.Avoid this store. I will never buy from Asphaltgold again. Be careful – they will find a way to make you pay more even after returning your order.
