I ordered a pair of Adidas shoes. Unfortunately I received the wrong pair of shoes. I wrote to Asphaltgold and asked them to send a return label and the correct shoes. It took many emails back and forth before I got a return label. Asphaltgold would not send the correct shoes until they had received the wrong ones. After many emails, I got them to reserve the right shoes.However, I never received my first order, but only got my money back, which was not the agreement.It will not be a recommendation from here.
I will never order anything from here again! I faced the problem with the incorrect shoes description.The sneakers photo and description didn't match, but I usually believe the description, because after photo processing the color may look different. In the description the color of the sole was 'gum', but they sent me the 'clear granite', which, in my opinion, is considered the incorrect order. I contacted the customer service to solve the issue and let me send this order back free of charge, but they were gaslighting me, persuading that the order is completely correct. It's just nonsense!
Ordered two pairs, one came with defects. The inside sole is too big, makes an arch in the shoe. It seems is from another size. Left shoe also has a surface mark on the leather. Probably this was an outlet lot, hence the discount. Can't send it back because I leave outside DE.
From Dublin, Ireland. I placed my order on 23/4, the next day 24/4 I got the dispatch email, and 1 week later, 1st of May my new Nike Dunk Retro was at my door. The pair is exactly as advertised and looks as in the pictures. Super happy with my purchase and the whole process. Will buy from them again for sure.Tip: My experience with DHL was that the tracking link sent in my email, alongside my tracking number, directs to a page that is not being updated. It has a message like "no more information on your order". I just copied my tracking number, went to DHL's home page, and pasted it on the parcel tracker there. That one is being updated daily.
A f@cking scam. They charge you for shipping and you have to pay for the return yourself. Probably the only e-commerce that does that in 2023. I wasn’t advised of this when purchasing the shoes. I’ll probably have to pay a fortune to send the shoes back. A total scam
I emailed Asphalt Gold customer service again, following their reply to my review on Trustpilot. Surprise surprise, I received the exact same response as last time, asking me to refrain from emailing them as they are too busy to resolve my issue. Will I ever get a refund, or a useful response?
