Already ordered 2 times from there - everything went well, though was hesitant at first after reading the reviews. Shipped pretty, so cannot say anything bad. Have not returned anything - so cannot tell if they are indeed that bad with returns
Terrible experience: I ordered some skincare products and when the delivery arrived, one product was missing. I contacted the company and they asked me to send pictures of the parcel, which I did, so they could see if it was damaged during transportation.It’s been over three weeks since I have heard from them. Whenever I write them, they send me an automated email, which states that they will reach out to me as soon as possible.
I made an order, and to my absolute shock, they claim that I’ve received the product. This is a blatant lie—it was never delivered. Despite countless attempts to reach their so-called customer service, no one responds. It's as if they don’t even care about their customers. The entire experience has been a nightmare. Not only have I lost my money, but their refusal to address the issue or even acknowledge their mistake is outrageous. This company is nothing but a scam operation designed to deceive and rob people. Save yourself the frustration and financial loss—never, ever order from them!
