I ordered the New Balance Fresh Foam BB v2 from Asphaltgold but unfortunately had to return them because they were too tight. I shipped them back and they received the return over 20 days ago. Since then, I’ve been waiting for my refund with no success.I reached out to Asphaltgold via Facebook to ask about the status. They responded at first, saying they were experiencing a high volume of returns and asked for patience. Fair enough. However, when I politely asked if they could give me an approximate timeframe for when my return would be processed, they simply left me on "seen" and never replied again.This is extremely disappointing customer service. It’s not just about the delay — it’s the complete lack of communication afterward that’s unacceptable. I’m still out of both the shoes and my money, and at this point, it feels like they just don’t care.I expected better from a company like Asphaltgold. I would caution others to think twice before ordering here, especially if you might need to return something.#AG44115604
Bought 2 pairs of shoes to try sizing on the 8th of April, collected my order and it is missing 1 pair of shoes. No reaction to any emails for 2 weeks, very disappointing customer service no response just silence.
