Hello Asphalt Gold,My returned items reached the warehouse and was accepted by the warehouse with a letter to my email on March 18. I waited 10 days as they requested, then tried to contact customer service. On 01/04 I was answered by Aspen manager and asked to wait. After that I wrote 7 times to hello()asphaltgold.com. Today is 21/04 - more than 30 days have passed since the return. No one has contacted me, the phone number on the website does not work +49(0)6151-629210.
