Review Time
Auspost picked up a parcel, from 30 mins away from my address in WA, on 10 October , I know I could have collected it but, I was busy. Anyway they sent it to Sydney? after collecting it. Now I’ve been given numerous delivery dates. When I challenged them I was advised it was within delivery parameters, well of course they are if they keep changing the parameters. They don’t read the complaint, they just send a standard reply concluding with have nice day, I would if they delivered my parcel. So now I have to wait until 10 Nov & if I still don’t have it I can ask the sender to chase???. I could have walked the 30 mins drive many times in the time it’s taking. Auspost please do what your paid for it’s not that difficult.
Australia Post has lost my passport not once, but twice in 2 months! Auspost blame covid, but c'mon you hired all the unvaccinated people, your workforce is stronger than mine. You have unvaccinated doctors working for you and you are still blaming covid!
A reliable postal service so far. I've made a fair number of online purchases and also sent a few packages abroad with AusPost. 8/10 packages arrived on-time, except when impacted by the pandemic lockdowns and my outbound items arrived with only slight delays due to the lack of flights fom Australia, but this was only by 2 to 3 days tops. Price wise is decent, not overly expensive.
Auspost logistics and management is a joke they are a fedaral governement department who are lazy and never accountable thats why nothing gets done even with thousands of accurate complaints they will tell you they never get anything wrong cause remember guys & girls government never makes mistakes.
Not overly happy about the level of delivery during Covid-19, and not overly happy about their level of quality, overall ! There is no difference to be sure, and the worst part about it is that we seldom have alternatives for this carrier. Never on time and always beating to a pulp !
Had parcel flagged as delivered but nothing had been received. When I question this with the poor excuse for a company they quickly replied with a photo providing proof of delivery - the only issue is the photo was not of my front door. Now they claim it is the sender's fault for putting the wrong address & have washed their hands of it. This could be plausible had it not been that this is the 7th time this exact issue has happened. Guess it's my fault for buying from a company that uses 3rd world services of australia post - this has never happened from any other reputable courier company
Auspost is worse than a 3rd world country’s postal system. They have lost two of my parcels already and I have only ordered online a few times already. It’s actually shocking how they can happily mark an order as delivered when it was delivered in VIC and not NSW where I actually am based. It’s so concerning and a lot of businesses including Auspost are going to get bad reputations.
