CIPD 5I have just started the course and I have not studied for over 20 years. This is going to be a real challenge for me. I have attended all the live sessions and I get so much from them. The tutor is Mark Beacham who is so reassuring and supportive. He is giving me to confidence I need to be able to do this. I dont feel like any question is silly. I am really excited to get really stuck in to the course.
My learning experience with Avado has been great, the content on the learning hub is very informative, structured into weekly portions, including additional reading material, which helps a lot in the assessments! My tutor Mark Beacham has been a great support in our cohort's learning journey. He is very knowledgeable on the subject, extremely patient in answering our endless questions, and his teaching methodology very engaging with all his practical examples! Would definitely recommend Avado for CIPD courses & if Mark is your tutor, then you are in good hands!

Mark Beacham constantly engages students as he facilitates so nobody feels left out, he explains what is expected in each module by making it relatable to everyone, by speaking from experience. He is approachable, kind, and understanding. He creates a space for us to ask questions without hesitating. He is generous with his knowledge and creates a genuine rapport making you feel comfortable and supported. Mark facilitates with passion and wants his students to do well!
I’ve started my CIPD Level 5 and the experience has been great! The training is easy to follow and to find and the live classes with Mark are great to have a better understanding of the assignment. He is friendly and approachable which is lovely 😊I also find the extra resources always available and very useful.
They are taking payment, I can't access my account and nobody answers the phone. They refuse to let me cancel and need reporting to the ombudsman. DO NOT RECCOMEND. They will answer immediately when they are signing you up but severe lack of communication there onwards.
