Absolute dog shit!!!This is the worst site I have used.No tickets delivered.Taken money immediately.No customer service back up.Sooooo I am going o the indigo tomorrow evening, no tickets.FUMING!!!!The web site is clear as mud and I'm tech savvy so god knows what other people do?Oh yes that's right..........they give dog shite reviews like me!!
Couldn't get the App to work regardless of what I tried. Sadly, the support team have the unenviable task of trying to support users with a product that isn't fit for purpose. Frustrating for me and frustrating for them! Eventually, after many email/chat attempts to remedy the problem, one helpful support person was able to tell me that if I went to the ticket office on arrival at the Arena with my booking reference and ID, they would be able to issue me with my tickets. However, I was not told in the email from the support team, that I would be expected to pay £2.00 per ticket to collect my tickets in this way. Considering, this problem was caused by the lack of a functioning AXS App, I felt this was an outrage. My sympathy is with the support team/ticket office staff who have the thankless task of trying their best to help the customer, without the proper backing of the AXS organisation. If you are considering buying tickets through AXS, think carefully. AXS really need to up their game. They were very quick to accept the booking and take the money, not so quick at sorting the App problem. Just for the record, I was told they were experiencing problems with the App on Android phones - this is 2025 and they need to do better!
An easy process in finding accesible concert or tickets for any sort of show. AXS allowed me to feel confident in the knowledge I was receiving tickets catered to a physical disability. On top of this a useful and easy to follow app interface.
Horrible experience!!! Don't buy tickets from these fraudsters. The customer service is shite. There is no contact number on their app ..just a form to fill and then they respond with one liner saying we couldn't help as we can't identify you. Well, I have provided my order id you fools.
Please don't write your reviews for AXS on this page, it is unclaimed so the company doesn't read them or care. Write on their 'claimed' Trustpilot pages, either 'AXS UK' or 'AXS USA'. They are currently rated rather well there, so be sure to add your own voice and experience. (You're also more likely to get an actual response from AXS there!)
This company needs shutting down . The amount of stress it has caused is unbelievable. The app doesn’t work despite repeated resetting of password . No way of phoning them or easy way of making contact . You cannot print the tickets . Theatres and venues should NOT use this company. See all other reviews .
1 star is too kind… Booked tickets as a group of 5 for Disney on ice, they randomly moved our seats 4/5 weeks before the show but left 1 seat on the other side of the arena.We ended up with one of our kids sat on our knee for the whole show, tried to get money back for the wasted seat but they have repeatedly refused and won’t accept any blame.Communication is absolutely non existent.
