2 of my credit cards were flagged as a bot with zero explanation. I contacted customer service and was given canned responses. I was told my account/card was blocked - again, with absolutely no reason - and that the issue was being escalated and that I would be emailed when the issue is resolved. And, it's a total money grab!! By the time I get the email, the advanced purchase opportunity will be over, and I will have to buy at the gate, paying more for the ticket!It's not about the money. The fact that this system has clearly had numerous complaints and technical issues that have not been rectified is a huge blemish on AXS. This application never should have been launched prior to testing and working out these issues. ESPECIALLY if this is a global company.Terrible experience. Give me Ticketmaster any day.
