If I could give it a zero review I would. Useless company. Useless service desk. I have been trying to get some tickets but apparently because I have gone into their website too many times (maybe 4 or 5 times in a week) they have blocked my access as they think am a BOT. Literally useless and wish artists would use other ticketing companies !!!

I purchased a ticket for an Oct 4th…

I purchased a ticket for an Oct 4th show and somehow wound up with a ticket for Oct 3rd. I called about exchanging the ticket the following morning when AXS opened and was told I have to wait 3-5 days to find out if I can exchange my ticket for a different date. By the time it's approved/denied, the show may be sold out for Oct 4th, which was the date I was trying to purchase for. I will never use AXS again.

I would give them 0 if I could

I would give them 0 if I could! I bought tickets for Bianca Del Rio. I accidently bought two because im going through a lot of stress with Mum having dementia and im being tested for it myself. I sent all the proof they asked for and 3 days before the event they said no you arent getting a refund. They are a vile company! No customer service no understanding. I will never use them again and will spread the word to everyone. Do not use them!!!!!!

I’m never buying from AXS

I’m never buying from AXS. Bought three tickets from three seperate shows. None of them are transferable nor able to sell and I can’t attend them anymore (even though u can sell ur ticket if u bought through Ticketmaster!?) . Money wasted!!! I’m furious

Incredibly frustrating…

I had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to buy concert tickets. On the day tickets went on sale, I logged in as soon as I could, but by the time I reached the checkout, the site said tickets were sold out. When I refreshed the page, I was kicked out and labeled as a bot. I contacted customer service, who fixed the issue, but by then there were no tickets available. Two days later, I logged in again, and there were tickets, but every time I tried to select one, it said they were unavailable. The only option was to buy a much more expensive ticket, which was clearly available. When I contacted customer service to request the cheaper ticket, they claimed all tickets were sold out – which is obviously not true, as the expensive £300 tickets were still available. The whole process felt unfair and misleading.

Purchased tickets through axs for Peter…

Purchased tickets through axs for Peter Kay , have had to cancel and resell tickets, tickets have been sold, cannot get hold of a human to ask about refunds, shocking customer service, all reviews state 7-10 working days but it's way past that now, think Peter Kay and the 02 needs to be made aware, never use again...

Absolutely shocking company. DO NOT USE

Tried to sell my tickets for next year which costed me £300 - needed the money back for an emergency reason. Was not allowed to sell tickets other than through THEIR resale service, after they were sold I was then notified I would not get MY money back until July 2025 for ‘buyer protection’ even though the other person has paid money for MY tickets. They essentially have double the money right now. They also charged a £25 fee for selling them. For why? I do not get the money back for a YEAR. How can you charge for that ?!Customer service is nonexistent and bots just respond with any issues you have, making matters more frustrating.DO NOT recommend AXS. Go with ticketmaster, people need to stop using them for events. They will have more problems than they are worth.

Impossible to contact

Impossible to contact. Impossible to login to account. Just keeps saying contact customer service but impossible to find details to do this. Make Ticketmaster look like the Rolls Royce of the ticketing world. Venus should stop using AXS.

Beyond awful

Beyond awful. Happy to take your money (via Ticketmaster who do not care less either btw), but good luck getting any money back from ticket sales. They are impossible to contact. No phone number, broken links, emails that you can't respond to. This is without doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
