Review Time
I have NEVER had such a frustrating experience with concert tickets as I have with AXS!!! They are HORRIBLE and their customer service is horrible! I was trying to list two tickets for sale but for some reason, the venue has it listed as two different sections even though they are RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER!!! Because of this, AXS will not let me list them as a pair meaning they probably won't sell. I contacted their chat which was completely useless and get this, in the middle of reviewing their "chat help" their system literally kicked me out of the review process. Not the chat itself, but the REVIEW THEY ASKED FOR! Possibly because I gave them a thumbs down???? Not only has this issue frustrated me but it seems as if EVERY time I use AXS, I have to create a new password or login!?! Can they not keep our info safe, is that why we have to change our password so much? Scary, if that is the case!!
Completely useless and frustrating app. The only way to access your tickets is via the app, and it doesn't work - no matter how many times you download the latest version or reset your password. Customer service is non-existent - you get an automatic response which doesn't address your issue, so you give it a thumbs down, it asks why, you explain, and it thanks you for the feedback! No attempt to solve problems or provide any support. The only way I could work around it was to transfer the tickets to somebody else. Avoid like the plague. I would rather miss a concert than deal with AXS again.
Signed up to access presale the second it opened, opened the website two hours before tickets went on sale, joined the waiting room the second it opened, waited in the queue for over two hours just for tickets to be sold out and this is the second time this has happened with a completely different artist. They're just as bad as Ticketmaster with fees in the $100s range, it's honestly ridiculous. I had an easier time getting eras tour tickets, figure your shit out.
Absolute disgrace. I put tickets for sale on the site. They were not visible after a few hours so I assumed they had been sold. You only get your money back after the event. After the event they sent an email saying they had not been sold. I don't believe them. Absolute scammers
I have been a concert goer for many years. The ticket buying experience is hindered by AXS.com and how it does business during ticket sales. For the past 5 concerts I have wanted to go to, I have clicked within 2 seconds of the wait room opening on 3 different devices and I still do not stand a chance in getting a ticket every time. The only way that this could be happening is that they are catering to the online resellers using bots to work through their system in milliseconds so that they can grab fees for not only the initial sale of the ticket but the resale fees as well. Tickets like this are SCUM and know exactly what they are doing.
These people cannot be trusted for large events. First of all, none of my credit cards would work. Then when my wife finally got one of hers to work, she transferred me the tickets. When I clicked the link, it gave me an error message. When I contacted help, they had no answers and then said it would take 3 - 5 days to get an answer. They are a nightmare.
Choose a different vendor for your tickets! Their online ticket function is an absolute mess and the resell ability utterly dysfunctional. Having bought the ticket around 9 months before the event, I was only able to use the resell function 11 days prior to it! This has not been advertised by AXS or explained in their policy. Apparently it completely depends on the event organisator, when the resell function will be activated. But as you will not be informed of that prior to the purchase, they technically take away your resell function. Support was completely useless. You will have to sue them just for them to provide a ticket with functions as advertised.Save yourself the headache.
My husband and I purchased tickets a while ago to see London Grammar at the O2, London on 14th November. As we live a distance from London, we had a hotel booked and transport organised. The order number was 1015385789.However on 11th November my husband suffered a life threatening sudden cardiac arrest at home where statistically only 8-10% of patients survive. I performed CPR without any training before the ambulance arrived. He then suffered three more cardiac arrests in hospital over the next three days while he was in hospital. His heart stopped each time so he had to be shocked and had extensive CPR which led to three cracked ribs, damage to his sternum and aspiration pneumonia so he was in hospital for a considerable time.During that period 12th - 14th November I tried together with our youngest daughter to contact AXS multiple times. The telephone lines were closed and we were referred on line to your website but could only make contact with ‘BOTs’ which proved frustrating as we went round in circles and we were then unable to speak to a human being. In desperation our youngest daughter also wrote to the O2 seeking their assistance, they wrote a very sympathetic note back but redirected her back to AXS.We subsequently emailed AXS Customer Services twice but apart from an automated acknowledgment, we are still waiting for a reply and a resolution. In these exceptional circumstances a gesture of goodwill will be much appreciated notably a refund or concert vouchers as £157.70 is far too much money to lose. Please can you kindly show some compassion and understanding as this has been an extremely traumatic and worrying time for me which is being compounded by AXS’s intransigence. My husband now has an ICD fitted.I look forward to hearing from you.Julie in Dorset
