It's so difficult to navigate, so complex to start with, only uses apps, many people don't have phones that allow apps to be downloaded. The ai chat borders on stupidity. In fact it's rubbish. To transfer tickets first you have to provide email address and names then the person as to load the app etc etc.
I dont know why, but you cant buy tickets if you are not in EU. You see the message "you are bot".1) I had to use VPN server in Netherlands to buy ticket.2) I couldnt pay with my mastercard or visa. I had to use Paypal to buy. So I paid extra fees.So I spent 1 hour to get my ticket.Awful service.
Nearly a year later and I still haven’t been paid my money. I have questioned this with AXS and just receive emails saying I should speak with PayPal!Something to do with PayPal. PayPal aren’t interested and say it’s AXS problem. This has been going on for a year now and I still have never received refund! And reading TrustPilot and other sites it seems I maybe one of hundreds, if not thousands who are having the same problem, right now, of not being paid by AXS. Seems like a scam and stitch up, call it what you like. Customer Service seems non existent too get passed on. What can I do next?
I bought resale tickets for a golf tournament. AXS never emailed my tickets. I arrived at the event - no tickets in my account and no one to call because they don’t open until noon on Saturday. Finally got a chat started with them 3 days later and they will not refund because it was last the event. They said there are no refunds and there are no supervisors or anyone to speak with on the phone.This is a fraudulent company- they do not deliver and they do not care. Please please do not waste your money, this company will not deliver.
Bought tickets for Fab Four at Moody Theater, not realizing Moody Theater and Moody Center were in 2 different venues miles apart. Location address was NOT prominently displayed. Went to Moody Center. It was dark and I fell and broke my thumb, busted both knees. Called to ask for refund as we would not be able to attend and basically were laughed at and read to from a script regarding no refunds. I asked to escalate to a supervisor and was told I would receive a call back. Received an email simply saying request was denied. They REALLY don’t care!!
Bad really bad Booked tickets for Elo for Hyde park in July . They have taken all but one payment off the same card with no issues. I have one remaining can’t speak to anyone and every time I attempt to make payment it’s keeps saying failed I’ve tried three different cards which states the same thingNow I’ve had a shitty email off them saying I’ve got until the 11th to pay the remaining balance which I’ve tried to and will receive no refund .got these tickets for my elderly dad as this is Elos last gig Bad service shame can only speak to a generic chat robot .emails say the same thing of change payment details I’ve had no problems with paying with my card and to also this to me right at the end is sad and disappointing Also they get to make money off him
I have been charged £200+, for tickets that haven't been sent. Contact centre is a really bad joke, can't get anyone to resolve this. It will have to be small claims court and contact trading standards. Took my money in a heart beat after that they couldn't care less. Truly shocking!
Placed two orders, took my money and got no receipt or confirmation. Waited 20 minutes for their customer service, told them that’s not legal, was told there’s nothing they can do and I had to wait. It’s needless to say they’ll never get my money again.
