This is the second time we've visited the Derby store. After a great customer service during our first visit, we decided to come back and purchase the pram and we were again met with quick and efficient customer service from Susan. Would highly recommend!
Very disappointed in this company. I ordered a childrens wardrobe in April. It still had not come by end of June. I called to see what was going on and they obviously just completely missed the order because they said they’ll send it the next day. But only half of it was shipped. Then they had to track down the other half. More emails back and forth wasting my time. I asked for a partial refund since the item took 3 months to come. All they offered was 10% off a future order. But that’s no use since I’ll never order from them again after the way they handled this hot mess of an order. Save your energy and order from somewhere else.
I was a little dubious following previous reviews on here but can honestly say I am so impressed!I placed an order for a Mamas and Papas Ocarro bundle on Monday 8th after hours, had an email Tuesday 9th to say it was despatched and received it at 10am today, Wednesday 11th July!Everything was there and as it should be.Cannot fault at all!
I ordered a car seat T the start of May and then received an email to say that it would not be in stock until the end of June but I could have the same crest in a different colour- which I agreed to. Weeks later I chased up the car seat and was told it was also out of stock and wouldn’t be in until the end of June. At the end of June I was told it would be another week until it was back in stock and then on the 8th July I was told it would be a further 2 weeks. I was only offered a 5% refund which I never received. In the end I cancelled the order and reordered from a more reputable company. I am awaiting my money back
