Stay away of this company

Stay away of this company, the biggest scammers in Belgium.They will trick you to get subscriptions for low budget and then overbill you with crazy amounts

If you want no service and to end up in a legal battle this is the company for you.

Every single other network in Belgium is better and cheaper, thoroughly regret ever signing anything with this company. I had to use the ombudsman to stop them charging me false bills which took a lot of time and energy. It took three different escalations by the ombudsman for them to stop harrassing me. Fradulent company that shouldn't be allowed to exist.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. The technician was supposed to come set the internet up, I was at home by 1327 and find a note that says they were there at 1330. Time travel? I think not. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, every time I called ( speaking in French) they just go silent and then hangs up. Even if I was super polite. Ghosted on apps, emails everything. Hanging up in phone when it is your job to listen to complaints is just so unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM DO NOT TRUST THEM I’m switching to Mobile vikings

Very helpful staff

Rianne from base cetraal helped me a lot with my sim card. She gave me an easy to remember number, helped me top up, and guided me with teh sim card. Lovely staff will be back again!

Far more expensive than expected

In 3 months I've paid Base 120 Euro, far more than the 11 euro/month plan, with so many extra charges Customer service is difficult to woek with. I'm changing service providers, now BASE has technical issues transferring customers to other providers. I regret signing up with BASE.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They really don't seem to care. And their online "customer zone" is old and clumsy technology. It's unclear how to change things if it's even possible. Once you have a good plan that works for you the cell service is the same as the others.

NO STARS, maybe a poop grading system is more suitable

If there is an option for zero stars that would be my raiting. Miserable, miserable and once again miserable. Their service relies on a person to persuade you that they can meke mistakes, however nobody is accepting the resposibility that they can not deliver what you have paid for. On their site they have an explanation that "the weather is to blame for their poor reception". Yes, this would be true if you are providing services in the first half of the 1900s, which aparently is the time frame this company is operating in. Enough said. AVOID THEM! STAY AWAY! DANGER! DO NOT USE THEM!

They make a mistake and block my service without warning

I'm a new customer for one month. Today they sent me an sms saying that my mobile service was blocked because I didn't pay the bill and suddenly I could not call, and I couldn't use the internet. But I didn't receive any information related to payments: no SMS, no mail even in the spam.Since I couldn't call them or use the app I could not check what the problem was or how much I had to pay. Finally the problem were 3 spelling mistakes in my mail address! So it was BASEs fault!!!I wonder why they send an SMS informing that the line is blocked but no prior SMS to notify the problem! They should call the client or at least use all possible ways of contact. Instead, they directly blocked the service!! which has caused me a lot of problems: online meeting absence, I couldn't call the doctor, time spent trying to solve the problem instead of working. I wonder if they are going to compensate me for all the problems this has caused me… In any case this is definitely not a good start!It is even worse! Now they charge me 10 euros for their mistake!! So I need to solve now this new administrative issue as well? this is a shame! As a clients we shouldn't let ourselves be treated like that!!!
