Solid mobile package. Base does a very good coverage of mobile network given that in Belgium is absolutely shit. I changed from Proximus to Base since I had 0 support from Proximus and at Base they are very helpful. Another plus is that they refunded me money for roaming which was due to my mistake.
I like to rate and give you five stars not because you offer a lot of interesting B2B packages for enterprises or private person(s), attractive offers and camera roll but because you stood with Telenet in difficult and hard times when blame and critic like blow of wind coverd the head down heavily. I see " BASE" smiling one day and deffinatelly I enjoy my fast formula at base.be!
The app shows my data usage in a very strange way. I bought 1 GB internet but it shows something like 15.47 and from the first day, it says your data is almost used up! Moreover, I tried to top up my simcard with €10 through the app but it showed a fail message and asked me to try again. I tried again but it showed the same message again. However, I realized that both the €10 were subtracted from my bank account! I contacted their customer service through the WhatsApp number given in the app, but they rudely said that they cannot do anything for me and that is how it is!! I am going to end using this app and their products. All a customer needs is care & respect, which cannot be found in their company.
