The screen did not work properly

The screen did not work properly. Tried to contact through e mail and Web chat . Did not respond about anything that could help. I would not recommend. I spent £500 and all I have is a reverse camera

Good product but buggy.

Pre ordering process was excellent, but the head unit drops audio after 45 minutes requiring a reset.Emails about this were answered initially, but sadly that's not the case anymore.Potential for a great product but sadly doesn't quite work properly.Maybe a future firmware update will resolve this issue.

Helpful

Accidentally ordered an incorrect system, the company were very quick to respond to my request to organise an exchange which they did free of charge. Would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their BMW’s infotainment systems.
