Review Time
Ordered an RCD 360 pro head unit for car play and it worked fine for almost a year then the steering wheel controls stopped working for skipping songs and volume control. In addition to this, the radio does not turn on/off with the car meaning I have to do it manually everytime. Also, the lights on it always stay on which ended up fully draining my battery. I was sent a "replacement" head unit but was greeted with the same exact issues upon installing it.I reinstalled the head unit that came from factory with the car and everything worked perfectly fine which means it isn't my car thats messing anything up with their head unit.After days of talking with them back and forth I had a not so good experience and ended up waiting for a response for a while. I now recently received a message and was told that the person who handled my case is no longer working for them which I presume is because they didn't follow the protocol for the returns/exchanges side.I was informed that they would now be happy to send me a new head unit to see if the issue gets resolved. Just waiting now to see everything through as of 9/9/2025. Will update if anything changes but for now my experience with them hasn't been amazing but it can change subject to everything being resolved.
I bought a car play unit with reverse camera, was working for about a year without any problems one of sudden started to disconnect from my phone and the camera start playing up(sometimes shows image and sometimes doesn't ) i contacted them explains the situation and there simple answer was "You need a relay" when i started to question why was it working so far and then stoped their answer was"do you know more than us".
Great product, integrates seamlessly with the my Mercedes OEM controls and is relatively straight forward to install compared to alternative options. I had issues with my install and had to contact them for advice and had the issue solved in 2 emails! Would highly recommend

Delivery took about three weeks, and when it arrived, it came in completely unbranded packaging. It honestly looked almost identical to a unit I’ve previously bought from AliExpress for a different car – but that one was a fraction of the price.I couldn’t try this one either, as it arrived without the HDMI module. The website clearly stated that it was included, but after contacting support, I was told that was an error. As of now, the listing still hasn’t been corrected, which is disappointing.Hopefully, future purchases will go smoother. I’m open to updating my rating if the next experience is better(Updated to 3 stars as I haven’t tested the product yet – 2 stars may have been too harsh.)Thanks,Vinosh

Purchased an apple CarPlay screen upgrade on 19th June. The parcel was confirmed as ‘on the way’ on the 25th June. Recieved no parcel or email saying that there was any delays until I decided to send an email chasing it up on the 4th July. They responded saying they would find out as soon as possible what’s going on for me and let me know. Three days later still no updates from them at all, so I sent another email to chase it up. They replied on the 7th July assuring me that the parcel would be dispatched that day and that I would be provided with a tracking number. It was not send that day. It was not sent the next day either, so I sent another email asking what’s going on. They replied the following day now assuring me that the parcel would now be sent tomorrow and should arrive in an extra two days time. That was now three days ago and I have not received a parcel or any proof that one is on its way and am now questioning if this place is a scam or not. If I had seen the reviews on here before I purchased I probably would have gone elsewhere unfortunately I didn’t.
I haven’t received my item yet but customer service has been spot on up to now messaged to check on the status of my order and when I explained I could ideally do with it for the weekend they upgraded the delivery to next day at no cost for me so up to now I’d was 5 star service
