Absolutely fantastic service…

Absolutely fantastic service throughout! No question was silly enough any time of day, and trust me I had a few! The interface works absolutely perfectly and the guidance given during the install phase was perfect! I couldn’t recommend enough - special thanks to Reece for going above and beyond for me.I even damaged the touch screen during installation and Reece replaced it free of charge. He sent it to me the quickest way possible so that I could use it on a 560 mile round trip to visit and look after my father with dementia.I wouldn’t think twice about using Bavarian Automotive again and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Good Head unit - Rubbish support

Purchased my Linux head unit for Mercedes C Class Coupe in May 2025. Head arrived safely but with no instructions or ancillaries. Many emails have been exchanged along with many whatsapp messages, all of which could have been avoided if the unit had been supplied with an instruction manual. I was advised that one was being written several times, only to then be told that there was no such manual!!! The "support centre" seems to be an automated bot that forwards messages on, with you eventually recieving an email reply! I did opt for the optional warranty so this should be interesting should i have an issue further down the line.

Good Kit - Works well

The kit arrived quickly and I tried installing over a Bank Holiday Weekend and failedManaged to get in contact with the guys and they talked me through set up which was different to instructions provided - overall the kit works well but a pain that instructions and technical help needed to complete task. Good service - but shouldn't have been needed

Refund process

I recently requested a refund from Bavarian Automotive due to ordering an incorrect item. The experience was very good, thanks to customer support, who was polite and efficient. the return process was very smooth, provided clear instructions, and I received prompt email updates, and the refund was processed ill receive my refund within 5-7 days. Their professionalism and quick turnaround truly impressed me.

Great product and service

Great product and service, with great response on WhatsApp. Would highly recommend these guys. Only issue I had was placement of a cable as it wasn’t super clear where it might fit but that is also due to my lack of experience. All done pretty quickly.

BMW CarPlay Activation 2018 5 series

I bought a BMW car play activation from Bavarian for my 2018 5 series and it’s working perfectly. You need to be aware that for the DIY activation version you need an Ethernet to OBD cable and then I needed to install a WiFi antennae to connect my phone. if you search for the following title in YouTube it shows a really quick and easy way to self install the WiFi antenna “BMW G30 5 Series G31 Apple CarPlay Activation + WiFi antenna Install”. Its all worth it in the end as great to finally have CarPlay without paying a s fortune to BMW

Audi A5 Integrated reversing camera

Placed my order on the 9th of Febuary (website stated this item was in stock and ready for next day dispatch). Heard nothing until i messages them when my order would be dispatched to which i was told “there was an issue with the inbound shipment” & was offered a different product (fair enough) but i stuck with my original order. Despite the website STILL showing the product i ordered as available for next day dispatch i have heard/received nothing 🙄

Really but experience with this company. I ordered reverse camera kit for my car 2 weeks ago and stll not received the item. Really bad communication. I asked for full refund but still waiting.
