My experience with these guys was a bit hit and miss, I ordered the car play activation and a wifi antenna and just forgot about it for a week, cause normally companies keep you updated with your orders and whatnot. I had no communication or updates from these guys. In the end I had to keep emailing and going through their chat section on their website to get my activation code. The antenna came about a week after ordering but I’m sure if I didn’t keep hassling with emails them I wouldn’t have got my CarPlay. I’ll chalk it up to a bad week for them eventually after constant emails being sent they finally emailed me what I needed their explanation was that apparently it was a mistake on their end and the order was “fulfilled” when I only had half of what I ordered. Anyway once I got everything the process only took less than half an hour and I have CarPlay so it isn’t a scam just disorganisation on their side.
Purchasing was easy, device broke after couple of months and no support after the fact. Do not recommend as this seems to have happened to too many people. I ordered a CarPlay system for my bmw. Order arrived on time and was easy to install. Under 2 months later the device Bluetooth stopped working so I couldn’t connect to the system. I emailed support and didn’t receive a response for 2 weeks. After I sent multiple emails I finally got a response asking for order number, I immediately replied and then had no reply for another 2 weeks. Again sending emails to try get another response and emailing another of the company emails i finally got a response asking for my order number again. 2 weeks later i got a reply asking for software info. A month later still no reply so i emailed asking for a full refund as i had also purchased the 2 year warranty from them, weeks later still no response and I’m now out of pocket over £300.
I really didn’t want to write this review but it’s got to the point where I feel like I don’t have a choice, I recently ordered an Audi A3 CarPlay system and I haven’t received any replies to the messages that I’ve sent in regards to where my order is and when I’m going to receive it, I placed the order through Klarna and was told that BA are checking some details over with Klarna even though the first payment was taken. I understand logistical issues can occur but now I’m not sure if I’ll hear back again about a possible refund.I ordered a set of tools that were needed to take out the infotainment system and they came with no problems. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
