I have bought this unit from them directly, installed my self , I had few problems on beginning but it’s been resolved now with help from Bavarian Automotive Customer Support. The man explained all about and how it works , I thought is something wrong with the unit but I have been wrong , on the end all running as should. I can 100% recommend this guys as they very helpful and have proper knowledge about the product they are selling .Thanks for your advice and help .

I ordered an apparently in stock item, only to be told it was stuck in customs, after I contacted them, a week after ordering. Why they never told me this and waited for me to contact them I do not know. They informed me they had another version (with less features) that they could send and it would arrive on Friday. For taking the lesser model and for the mess they made of my order they offered me a refund on the trim tools, which was less than 2% of the order, so next to nothing basically. Friday comes around and the tracking hasn't updated. They made excuses and promised it would arrive on Saturday and said if it doesn't "ring DHL". Saturday comes around and this time the tracking has updated, but it says its going to be delivered next Saturday. I have no idea how or why they have done this.Very poor customer service, no phone number, just an email address they ignore and a live chat that usually goes unanswered. Continually lie about when orders are going to be delivered and an appalling lack of communication.They have done absolutely nothing but waste my time. I am in the process of trying to get a refund out of them. Save yourself a headache and order from a proper, competent company, not these cowboys, they’re little more than a very unfunny joke.
I was looking to add Apple CarPlay to my BMW Z4 e89 2016 model. After looking around I landed on this site and even though my vehicle was not listed through communication with company we identified the best unit.Living in Cornwall it was not possible to travel for fitting so I did myself.The support from Bavarian from talking through connection checks and setup. A great product and great company to deal with. Value for money definitely and I wish I had done it years again because it is brilliant
Quick Delivery, well informed of my delivery progress... then delivered without the reversing camera I had ordered. No information regarding where the camera is/was, no packing note confirming content should or should not have been there. Upon chasing BA let me know the camera isn’t compatible with your car and refunded the cost.On to installation, the kit looks good, instructions have to be downloaded using a QR code. The removal keys I had ordered with the kit were useful and worked as required. Upon completion of the installation it was found the in car microphone wasn't working. I have let BA know and shared the solution with them. If you have a similar issue, check that the loom you receive matches your car; the 2g, 3g and 3g plus have slight differences and it may be the mic pins are 6/7 instead of 2/3 or vice-versa.This is a small business, so maybe set your expectations around response times, the kit I ordered (A5 Apple Play retrofit) works and I can recommend it.
