Attempted to return to swimsuits and they made me send it to a Chinese address even though the package of bathing suits came from California. After 7 months the swimsuits were finally returned from China even though the address I had on the envelope was the exact one I'd been given. This is b******* and this is a crap company.
Don’t bother returning for size change or refund they will never be returned and you will not get your refund. Even registered post, had a follow up by Australia post this is reply Outcome of enquiry: Item with customs in destination countryRecommendation: Addressee to contact local customs authority in ChinaYour article is currently awaiting China Border Force clearance.Foreign customs matters are pursuant to laws and regulations between the addressee and their government. Australia Post is unable to contact the addressee or contact a foreign customs service to secure or expedite clearance.Just a scam!! They know this will happen when they ask u to return it 😡
I should have read the review before ordering. don't waist your money. Worse costumer service, they answer you days later and you will not be able to returned your order unless you are willing to pay $200 to send it back to China.
I got 2 summer dresses which are perfect! The fabric and the quality is exceptionally great. They are fitting me just perfectly, really true to size. Can't wait to wear them on my next holiday. Thank you so much for such an amazing quality products.
Another scammer! Mislead you with their website, charge in USD and send items from within Australia. Items arrive that are such a bad fit and then you are told you have 7 days to return all items to CHINA for a refund. By the time you have paid for the tracked postage it’s cost the same as the items. Beware, more and more Chinese companies doing this now.
received items .. quality poor .. followed return/refund policy along with tracking. company said they can't claim return even though tracking puts it back in their possession. NO REFUND given .. scam the whole way .. not only no refund for items but also $$$ wasted on tracking return postage! SCAM company
