Not true to size. Dress was too big and swim suit too snug up top. Went through the return request process as the website indicated and was told I had three options. To exchange, I had to pay $38 for shipping. To return, I had to pay postage to return to China. Last option was that if I wanted to keep the items, they would give me 10% refund of my original cost. Neither of these options are listed on their website under return policy. Rip off! Don’t buy anything from this company!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Unless you know the swimsuit will fit you perfectly do NOT buy from them!! They ship from China and basically give you extremely limited options to return!! You can either exchange and pay another $65 and not send back your original product but also risk spending even more money…option 2 they will give you ONLY 15% back in your original purchase and you can keep what you already don’t want and a “coupon” for 50% off your next purchase OR ship it back to China which will likely cost you more than the purchase itself!! Never will I buy from them again!
If I could give a zero star I would! Do not purchase from this company! It was the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced! Not to mention I got damaged items that I wanted to return and several that didn’t fit and they took almost 4 weeks to get here so they came after my vacation. They told me I had seven days to return them of which I was already out of the country on vacation. When I went to return them, the cheapest shipping was $350! I spent $146 and it would’ve cost me double that to return it. When I asked why they do not have this disclosure on their website they told me to go find a cheaper shipping Parcel.
These swimsuits run very small! Like as in child sizes. I ordered a medium. The top barely covered my C cup and i am in normal clothing a size 4. I sent a message to them and the hassle to return has me eating the cost and keeping the suit.
Never….ever buy from this company. Like many others that have submitted reviews, I purchased swimsuits that didn’t fit & returned them to China. I spent $30 returning them but the suits were over $100 so I thought I’d come out ahead. SIX MONTHS LATER, they were returned to me as rejected my customs. This company is a joke!
