If I could give Beachsissi a zero I would. First off, the quality of their clothing and bathing suits is poor to say the least (I ordered on February 27, 2024). They reluctantly agreed to accept the return, but I had to pay for shipping back to China. I mailed the return in March of 2024. Tracking shows it was delivered mid April and yet refund never came and emails were ignored. Fast forward to September 30, 2024 and they returned the order to me. The package had clearly been opened and shut and then returned. Save your money folks and steer clear of this chop shop.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They are totally non-genuine! You will not be able to return the items. If you return items from Australia they will ‘get lost in customs’ which means you have spent a fortune on shipping, don’t have your items and they claim they haven’t made it back. They then remove the tracking from your postage. Do not order from here!!!!! The clothes are photographed well but are terrible quality!
I had an order from 28th of May, I didn’t receive it and I wrote many times to the service but they weren’t helping at all and at the end I learned that it returned and I wrote them to give my payment back and they said that they can only pay 20% of my order, they r so untrustworthy, be careful. By the way, I don’t know whether they will gonna pay me that 20% or not. My order should have come to my adress but it didn’t.
Do not attempt to return any items. Mine has been sitting in customs for 3 months and when investigated it is because the company will not pay the custom taxes in order to receive the package and they will not refund me any of my money. That was $140 WASTED.
I tried to return over $200 worth of clothes to this company and the package got stuck in customs. The company could have their customs broker get the items out of customs but they refuse to do it. All they offered me was a 15% refund. They owe me $214 worth of product that I returned and they think offering $32 makes up for that? I highly suggest to anyone looking at their clothes to save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. They really are a horrible company.
DO NOT ORDER from them! I ordered a dress which took a long time to arrive and it was made of cheap fabric, looked not even close to the picture. Their return policy is terrible! I can return my dress and pay more for shipping than I paid for the dress. My other option was choose something else and pay an additional $18.00. The last option is keep it and get 10% of what I paid back. This company SUCKS!!
