I purchased 300.00 worth of clothing. Poor fit and quality. Paid 70.00 to return to China. The co stated too difficult to return but I did. It’s been a year and I just received the same clothes I tried to return ??!!! Would say pick any co but them !!!
The sizes to not match the sites guide. The quality is so cheap. The items are shipped from Mississauga, but the return is to China. To return Beachsissi, does not cover anything. I paid 92.00 for a return, with a purchase of 107.00USD.
The product is very bad quality, if you trying to return cost you a lot money, they want to you send the product to China, trying to make difficult on you!Colors and quality are not the same when you received the product. Bad experience.
Trying to return due to shocking fit. Not worn, still labelled. Will not respond to emails.I understand I will foot the postage for return, I do expect a full return of swimsuit price.Would not recommend at all!NO customer service at all!
This business is horrible don’t waste your time and money. The size was wrong, and when I returned the item as I purchased it, I had to beg for a refund after a month.. and then was emailed that they were deducting an addition 2.00$ to put it in a plastic bag for the next purchase!!! It cost more to send back than the item was purchased for!! BS!
This business is a scam. I purchased approx $150AUD worth of dresses on this site. The quality and the cut were not of a high standard, so I opted to return them for a full refund, in September 2024 with a 9 day delivery timeframe. The parcel arrived in China about a week after I sent it. I’ve been advised by Australia Post that China customs contacted the addressee when it arrived with a question regarding the parcel, which Beach Sissi never replied to. It’s now February 2025, the parcel has been sitting at a delivery centre in China for 5 months. I have been in contact with ‘Ivy’ at customer service requesting that they respond to the customs request to release the parcel, which they are saying they cannot do. They are the addressee, of course they can respond to the request Customs sent them to have the parcel released. They refuse to help, they constantly tell me to ‘wait some more days’ it’s been 5 months. I’m sick and tired of the follow ups and having my time wasted. I want my refund now.
