Charged me for renewing the subscription and would not allow me a refund without proof that I had completed 5 days. When I went to show proof that I had completed 5 days, all of my progress was gone. It is such a scam. I should not be declined a refund for something I did want to continue.
A very cool and useful application that motivates, reminds, and supports you to continue. If you fill out the preliminary survey honestly and correctly, you will be selected the most suitable training program for your condition and request. No special equipment is required - just a wall, a mat, and desire. The workouts are interesting, varied, and set to driving music. I somewhat regretted that I chose only 15 minutes a day, they turned out to be not enough for me and it felt like the program in 15 minutes was trying to "fit" as many different exercises as possible for maximum effect, without repetitions. Nevertheless, this moment was also thought out: if after completing the mandatory stage you choose the options "I can/want more" - you can choose additional general or specific muscle group training - this is really cool.Unfortunately, the only thing that kept me from continuing is the cost (I just can't afford it right now. But if you have the opportunity - it's worth every penny, you're unlikely to regret it.
