Amazing customer service! I’ve always used their fitness app to snap back from pregnancy and since it wouldn’t be ongoing I sometimes would forget to cancel my subscription and this most recent experience was the reason why I always go back to them! Each representative I emailed was responsive and so kind. They took care of the charge and welcomed me back with open arms. They didn’t try to sell me on anything but just did exactly what I requested! Very grateful for them and would highly recommend!

Overall I liked it. It was easier to follow. Clear instructions. The one thing I did find irritating was there was no fluidity to the sessions. I have done advanced and reformer Pilates for many years but these sessions were all over the place. One exercise required standing then on all fours then on front, side, back!! You were up and down all the time. From my experience you would spend ten minutes in each position before you moved on.
I used this app for only several days due to my business, then I forgot to cancel my subscription for the next subscription period. I tried to get my subscription refunded and they were super helpful and friendly. In just a few days, it's fully refunded!For sure I'll use this app in the future!
