I absolutely love BetterMe. It has came in when I most needed it. Pilates is not that easy, but it makes it better knowing you have someone to do it with. Customer service is also great, they respond quickly and efficiently. Thank you team.
The app is a typical payment scam. I confirmed payment for a one-week trial version. However, further payments after the one-week trial period were not offered, so I did not confirm them. I later found them hidden in the offer. I consider this to be unfair conduct. I demand a refund, otherwise I will take legal action through my lawyer.
Excellent and quick customer service. I like the product (I did the wall pilates) but the price point was too high. Without additional questions or hassle, the customer service team offered me multiple ways ensure a better price point. I would certainly recommend this company and product.
Absolutely awesome company! Extremely kind and helpful customer service. I unfortunately had a financial issue, and they were so very helpful and understanding. I will be coming back as quickly as possible. As their program is on point and very effective. Doesn't take long to do, but you can't deny their positive effect.
