This is a phenomenon app for beginners or enjoy a light pace. The variety of workouts available to choose from is fantastic, there’s even face yoga and boxing. I have been weight training for 20 years, I do face yoga daily and so it wasn’t for me but it was remarkable enough for me to take note and I will definitely recommend to the appropriate audience. Customer service was top, I had cancelled and was still charged. I promptly contacted them, submitted proper documentation and was issued an immediate refund.

Please process my refund immediately as stated in your reply that users can decline alternative offers.UPDATE (Feb 24, 2026): After declining their initial discount offers and insisting on a full refund by citing their public response, the company has finally issued a 100% refund (1,799.99 THB). I have also successfully cancelled the main subscription to prevent future charges.Lesson learned: Do not accept their "discounts" if you want your money back. Stand your ground, provide clear evidence (timestamps), and use public platforms like Trustpilot to hold them accountable.
I am in awe of the customer service that I received from this company and its employees. I had a sudden medical emergency within a couple of days of signing up for my subscription. I requested to cancel as I didn’t know when I could resume normal activity. They immediately responded and cancelled my monthly rate. This is so unusual to find this day and time.
