CHECK YOUR SUNSCRIPTION

I purchased a 1 week trial although, I did not use this due to time management.So I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the programme.However! Little did I know, the 1 week trial automatically renews into a 4 week subscription. I do not believe this is made clear when purchasing!I did not authorise or purchase a further 4 weeks subscription but the fee was taken anyway. I received no email or communication to confirm a further 4 week subscription or that the bill was being taken from my account. Therefore, I would like to emphasize that you need to be careful when purchasing from this company as you will not get a refund! The subscriptions are NOT MADE CLEAR at the time of purchase. So please check before purchasing!!

My mini reformer came and with the first use, the resistance band broke. The service I got was fantastic - apologising for my experience and within 5 days, I received a replacement and could continue on my fitness journey - awesome service - thank you!

I had an issue with sizing and the return process at first, but their support team was incredibly fast and helpful. They resolved everything smoothly, processed a full refund quickly, and were very generous and customer-friendly. Really appreciate the kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!

BEST AVOIDED, TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT

I signed up for the free subscription then kept it on for a month or so. Cancelled it back in may (they confirmed this!!) then they said I had re subscribed in November (definitely hadn't as I was in hospital!) and they are refusing to refund the money they took from my account!**AVOID THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL TAKE UNAUTHORISED MONEY FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT***See their response. Why on earth would I sign up for a program I've already cancelled??

I don't recommend

After a long questionnaire about my level of experience in pilates and my fitness goals, the course did not meet my expectations and I found the voice very annoying. Also, the purchase of a 28-day course includes a monthly subscription that I was not aware of nor agreed on. Luckily, I could cancel both without any hassle and have been reimbursed immediately, the customer service is luckily quick to reach and to communicate with!
