Customer service went above and beyond to explain the problem I was having and then made it easier to use on my phone! I can not thank them enough! I honestly would have reached out earlier if I knew it was going to be that pleasant!!
Customer support was extremely helpful and I appreciate their efforts to help me even though I reached out to them because of a problem that was essentially my own fault. They were very kind, understanding and our communication was very fast which I wasn't expecting, they solved my problem in less than 24h!
I didn’t intend to renew my BetterMe subscription and canceled immediately after being charged. I hadn’t used the app at all in the new billing cycle, so I reached out for a refund — expecting a fair response.Instead, I received a canned reply telling me how great the app is, and essentially guilt-tripping me for not using it, saying “this is just a friendly reminder that BetterMe is a great solution…” Then they offered me PDF guides and discounts on workout gear instead of just giving me my money back.I declined, but they followed up again — pushing more products and still refusing a refund. There’s no flexibility, no grace period, and no concern for user experience once they’ve processed the charge.If you’re considering this app, be warned:You will not be refunded if you forget to cancel.Even if you cancel immediately after and don’t use the app, they will deny your request.Their “support” feels more like sales outreach than actual help.Absolutely disappointing and honestly, pretty unethical.
I had some issues with my subscription, but customer service agent replied to my email really quickly and helped me to sort the matter out. He was really understanding about it. It took some stress off my shoulders so i am extremely grateful
Initially I had some issues with customer service in regards to my subscription. After a few emails back and forth my issue was resolved and I am satisfied. The app itself is user friendly and the videos showing the exercises are helpful.
Outstanding customer support. They turned a potential disappointment into a positive experience. When I couldn't use my trial due to a family emergency, they offered a three-month extension instead of a refund, demonstrating a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
