This had been very positive exchange at my end with BetterMe. And this feedback is totally voluntary and not at all scripted one. I had to cancel all my orders and subscriptions because of sudden change of plans as soon as I created the same. And their generous and genuine support team understood and helped me throughout with minimal latency with all required intiatives. Their Exceptional execution and prompt response throughout is truely commendable.
Bullshit. It suggests you sign up for a beginner course (the advert suggests you get equipment). The truth is it signs you up. Gives you no idea how to access your plan and then demands you play another £130 for the equipment to help your work out. Im out what i paid for my subscription but I will not pay any more.
I signed up and it appears to be a really fantastic program, especially for me if I could continue. I have a neurological (brain) disorder and couldn’t manage to do 2 full workouts due to my deteriorating body. I had to cancel for obvious reasons but better me Pilates were fantastic at LISTENING to my circumstances and stopped all future subscriptions for me in an incredibly fast manner. I have been telling my friends and family about it because I truly believe this is a good fitness program / app. I’m not sure how I’ll go because I’m progressive, but if a miracle occurs, I will def be using this app again
One year ago, I registered for a 1-month trial with BetterMe and provided my card details. I used the app for only a few days and immediately canceled my subscription. Despite this, BetterMe has been illegally charging my account 350 TRY every month for the past year without my authorization. This is a serious violation of consumer rights and constitutes unauthorized billing. Under international and local consumer protection laws, continuing to charge a canceled subscription is unlawful.I hereby demand: 1. A full refund for the entire 12 months of unauthorized charges. 2. A written confirmation that my account and billing details are permanently deleted from your system. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will: • File formal complaints with consumer protection authorities, my bank, and relevant financial regulatory bodies. • Report BetterMe to international fraud monitoring platforms. • Publicly share this experience across all major review sites and social media channels.Because of these repeated unauthorized charges, I was also forced to cancel my credit card to protect myself from further fraud. This has caused me unnecessary stress, financial loss, and inconvenience.I expect immediate action and a written resolution within 7 days.
BetterMe has just debited £171 from my bank account and this was NOT authorised by me. I had cancelled my subscription and then received an email to encourage me to come back so upon looking at their workout stuff to see if the discount code could be apllied (they’d offered as an incentive to sign back up) it completed a transaction without asking to confirm/complete I didn’t even see a shopping cart let alone ask for £171 worth of workout goods! I have tried to reach out but all they seem to rely on is cyber bots and as they are based in USA or I read somewhere Cyprus I feel this is going to be one of those cases where I have been scammed! BetterMe can you show some sort of a human side and refund the money you have taken without my authority?
The app was just OK as it promised to have modifications for physical elements, but did not. The problem is it’s one of those ones based out of Cyprus so God knows what you’re really funding and they make it impossible to cancel and continue to bill you after your trial is over even though you have canceled. They are also owned by the parent company LASTA, which has a terrible reputation and they know that so they changed their name. Plan on investing hours disputing with your credit card company.
